Awesome cabinets. This is my second home that I've replaced the cabinets with ones from Cabinet Giant. I'm very pleased with both results. They were easy to assemble and have soft closing doors. Just awesome 👍.

These RTA cabinets are the best I have found anywhere. Solid wood, good finish options, heavy duty hardware, easy to assemble.
I use good quality wood glue in all joints while assembling, the resulting cabinet is rock solid and beautiful! Easy ordering, fast delivery.

Cabinets took a while to arrive. Little correspondence from company, but I have to say they are top quality and fit as measured. Finish is beautiful and workmanship is pristine.

I’ve bought several kitchens and have always worked with Donna. The cabinets are great but, Donna is even better. What a pleasure. Now for the cabinets themselves; the finishes could be a little more durable and they should make a greater variety of cabinets.

This is my second time using cabinet giant. The first time was seamless, this second time has been a nightmare. Almost every single one of my cabinets I ordered have had some kind of damage to them. I took pictures and documented everything. I have tried reaching out the company multiple times with zero replies about my issues. Overall, the cabinets look nice but there are a ton of cosmetic flaws that should not be there with buying brand new cabinets!! Half the directions were missing or we were given the wrong directions and we had to YouTube how to assemble a few cabinets. Some holes didn’t line up and my husband had to realign and re-drill new holes. I am beyond frustrated with the company and will definitely not be recommending them like I was based off of our first experience.

The cabinets arrived late (total of 7 1/2 weeks from order date) which was disappointing and required that I delay a business trip and the planned installation date. When I called for status updates I was forwarded to voice mail and never received a call back. I did eventually get a person who did get back to me with a shipping update. Cabinets arrived on a damaged pallet with minor damage to one set of cabinets though as it was on internal panels which didn't show it was not a real issue. I did not receive the additional trim battens that were ordered and I am still waiting for a response from customer service. The cabinets themselves were fairly straightforward to assemble though they did require loosening of all screws to ease assembly and adjust alignment. Otherwise a very clever way of delivering flat pack cabinets. Overall I am pleased with the value, look and quality of the cabinets.

Great experience. Product (Ice White Shaker Cabinets) easy to put together, easy to install and look great installed. Did 10 cabinets. One had a broken door and was missing a part. Was quickly addressed and replacement parts were sent right away by our cabinet designer. Very happy with results.

I can't say enough about cabinet giant.. I ordered cabinets knowing I would not be ready for about another 6 months and was worried that by the time I get to them if they were damaged inside the unopened box I'd have issues.. the representative advise no problem just let her know.. and guess what, she kept her word!! A few minor issues and she sent out replacements right away.. jump ahead 2 years later and unfortunately my sink base doors are cracking at the seams.. I emailed them and without hesitation they asked "what address should we send them" .. this is unheard of customer service in today's society!! I will recommend them to everyone, the quality of the cabinets, the customer service, the ease of putting them together, and the price, if I could give 10 stars I would, I couldn't be happier with my amazing new kitchen!!

Shipping and delivery took about 6 weeks from the time of ordering, however, the quality of cabinets and the design are superb. Unless you want fully custom cabinets built for you, then CabinetGiant is the way to go for RTA cabinets.

Shipped as promised. Quality good - much better than other RTA manufacturers. Instructions are poor, but not a big hurdle for someone with my woodworking experience. However the poor instructions could be a serious problem for some folks.
