Arrived 2 months late and not the correct product

Ordered a lnb from them 2 months ago got receipt told that I would get another email when they ship , 2 months later I got the lnb I had contacted them many times when you ring the number you were informed that you must contact them by email only which I did on many times I never got a response to where my lnb was ,what they sent me was a cheaper version of what I paid for .I will everyone that I can to stay away from them and go and buy your products elsewhere .avoid avoid useless

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!

As stated in all the previous reviews, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company!! I ordered a serial USB cable which was never sent. No answer on phone, or email. Beginning chargeback process immediately.

Never ever order from this company

As everybody else has said avoid this company. Two months after ordering a couple of cables and a torch exactly nothing has happened. I have telephoned and emailed but there is never any response. I have started the charge back process today to get my money back.

Same non-existent service as everyone else

They claim delivery within 3-4 working days, but today is day 5 and the order is still 'processing' for something that was, supposedly, in stock. Phone is, as per everyone elses experience, simply an answering machine.

Given their T&C's state you can cancel an order within 7 days (no doubt 7 days isn't working days!) I've just cancelled.

Not expecting them to take any notice, but it does establish that I have complied with the contract conditions for the next round, when I make a formal complaint about the company.

[For reference: The supposed address is a serviced office. Not a company office, just one of those hotdesking places in the middle of nowhere.

Update 06.09.22. Still no response from this sham operator (quelle surprise) and the transaction that I have said I want cancelled is still 'pending'. Complaint now lodged however with the CPCC.

Suggest anyone else ripped off by this company does the same.

Will start the chargeback process with my bank when the 15 days from the date of the transaction comes up, it seems 'the rules' are set up to favour scam operators like this one who can take their sweet time to do nothing without penalty.

Update 08.09.22

Someone calling themselves 'Paul' has now said in response to my email of a week ago asking for the order to be cancelled AND reimbursed:
"The cable is in backorder and will not be in for at least another 5 weeks. You can either wait or we can issue a full refund. Please advise."

The website itself still indicates as being in stock...but I very much doubt there is actually any stock at all. I've seen this kind of operation before. This is a shopfront-only company, what you see they don't have any of, they simply take orders and periodically then get stuff in from China while keeping people waiting, and charging a premium for both the product and the delivery and then keeping the difference. Go to Harvey Norman or somewhere else other than these shysters. Thankfully I've paid through Visa so can do a chargeback, from previous experience (with an operator like this!) I now never use PayPal.

Update 10.09.22 Day 15 since the transaction, started the chargeback process with my bank. Order still indicated on the website as 'processing' so no doubt these shysters are hoping to ship within the 30 days they now have to respond to Visa and dispute my cancellation, or (as some companies that operate like this do) generate a shipping tracking number as 'proof' something was done, and I'll have a further fight to get my money back. Thank heavens I didn't order much though!

Avoid

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Looks like I'm headed down the same road as everyone else. Two weeks after ordering some cables that were "in stock" I have got nothing other than automatic acknowledgements to my order and my email complaints. Support phone line is just a recorded message. I've seen nothing that indicates there's a human there at all.
Definitely avoid this company. It's bordering on a scam.

Very bad experience

I ordered an item 4 weeks ago, got an order confirmation email, and that was the end of all communication. My numerous call were not answered, my multiple 'customer support' emails not answered. Today just as i have started a charge-back procedure with my crediit card company.....my order arrived. Too late!! i have since purchased elsewhere. Cant understand how a delivery 50 miles up the road can take 4 weeks. Avoid!

Avoid

Avoid. Ordered cables and paid courier costs after two weeks no cable. I contacted company no response. It eventually arrived but I had purchased elsewhere in interim. Very poor service, no communication. Avoid

DO NOT USE

Ordered a cable, got a confirmation email but nothing arrived, no one answers the phone, no answers to email, seems to be a business name owned by a suspicious company. Thankful I didn't order anything very expensive but these should be reported.

Ordered 15 cables plus a cable tester a…

Ordered 15 cables plus a cable tester a week ago. No answers to emails, phone calls, messages and Support links. No status links for so called updates.
Phone message is from a company which was dissolved many years ago (Online Retail Solutions Ltd).
Has my money been taken under false pretences?

Terrible company

Terrible company, don't go there. I ordered 7 cables that were in stock, and required them immediately. After several weeks I had to go to a local shop and buy them. Today one cable arrived over 2 weeks later. I've had no response to any communications since ordering, and several requests to cancel and get a refund. This can't be a real company!

Appalling Service _Will NEVER again.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in many many years. I placed an order for 2 batteries shown as in stock with 3-4 days delivery date. 10 days later with no delivery and nothing on the website for tracking I started calling the Help Desk. I have called this number now at least a dozen times and it is NEVER answered. It is a fake helpdesk. I also started e-mailing and sending direct messages from their website. NO RESPONSE TO ANY. Then 2 weeks later ONE Battery arrives. Calls messages etc and eventually a note saying it was out of stock so partial shipment. 2 more weeks of radio silence then I send e-mails, messages and voice messages stating that if I have nothing in 48 hours I will be contacting Master-Card to start a claim against them. Second battery delivered 2 days after that. Outrageous customer service and a dreadful company - will NEVER use again

Poor in every aspect

My concern was this even a company. I've stuff on order and I tried to add additional items. Left messages and emails. Poor response. I have requested refund and taken up action with my credit card company. My advise is not to bother with them.

Don’t expect to get your items or a response!

Been waiting for over 2 weeks for just 2 small wires that I ordered, I thought it was an Irish company which is why I went with them because I needed the items that week and the Amazon ones were from the uk so I wanted to avoid extra fees with brexit, but big mistake! it’s obvious that this company is just a poorly set up drop shipping website, super disappointed about the customer service when I emailed twice and haven’t even heard a generic response.. definitely avoid if you need your cables soon.. not gonna happen

The pictures don't match the product

The pictures don't match the product. So false advertising going on. No replies after 2 emails so lucky it was only small money. I wonder why small companies shoot themselves in the foot and ignore customers. Sad.

Cowboys..

Cowboys... avoid... bought a USB adaptor 1 week ago, and I didnt do it using amazon or something to get something from some Irish shop, thinking to be faster and hassle free... big mistake, I still didnt get anything and the an post link that they have provided at the date of the purchase, it says no info available. I am afraid that I will never get what I bought

Non existant company, website only.

Ordered cables from their site with 3-5 days for dispatch on 16/12 and 'fully trackable' according to website. Couldn't track it for about a week, when I could, it stayed at 'order processing'. Made numerous attempts to call the Cork office left voice mails, no response. No return calls. Mailed via the site. No response until 02/01, 17 days later to advise order due to be fulfilled on '04/01 or before'. The 4th being a Monday and the reply coming on the Saturday before, it could only be fulfilled on the Monday. I advised them to cancel, I had spoken to my credit card company already. This company has zero customer care as in nobody on the phones. The reviews are all consistently poor. If you need to refund according to their site you need to call in and get a refund number, but sure there's no one on the phones so that's impossible! Do not buy from these cowboys.this is a website that takes orders with whoever owning it checking up on the orders every few weeks. In the meantime I ordered online from the uk and had them delivered before I got a response from these lads!

No way of contacting them even though…

No way of contacting them even though they have a phone number it will not be answered.
Won't send order to me even though it's paid for.
They do not reply to e-mails or their support page option on website.
Their Customer Testimonials date back to 2012/13 and even they say they received faulty goods.
AVOID this 'company'.
