I have Customer App, Web Booker and Dispatched System with Cab treasure, my company has achieved very high scores on trustpilot and Google and these people has helped me to achieve success so far. I work with them for 3 years, software systems is always a challenge especially for taxi business, I'm not here to say that everything is perfect because it isn't. However they system never let me down, I'm so thankful for everything, The customer Services has been good, you will always find someone on the other side 24/7. All of the features from these software require lots of knowledge and this comes with time practicing, one of the things we have had lots of problems was due to lack information at the begining, However it become easy day by day. My special thanks for all the staff from UK.

After being ripped off by other dispatch companies Cab Treasure is a true pleasure to deal with. Everything they say their gonna do? They do it? Theyre always available and will never leave u hanging wondering if their platform is gonna work? They have a very skillfull and knowledgeable friendly staff. My sales rep was name is Jack, I highly recommend him. He very friendly and patience along with Sharukh the tech guy and Peter who carefully trained me on how to operate their dispatch system. I would give them 6 stars if I could. 😉👍🏾

My time, with this company was incredibly disappointing. I highly recommend others to avoid it. The lack of professionalism I experienced was unacceptable. It felt like a waste of my valuable time. Regrettably this appears to be a problem as indicated by customer grievances about feeling let down after making their payments. If you're considering to join with Cab Treasure I urge you to be cautious because they consistently fail to meet expectations when it comes to reliability and customer satisfaction.

Tried to keep office phone number and then once ported changed address so poet would fail, told telecoms we wanted them to retain number. Be very careful starting with these. Amateur company neve rings back after years of waiting. Dispatch system does not work. They can't get it working. Terrible pda app.

First off, all I would like to start with the sales team, who pitched this dispatch system and would like to say I am very pleased as to how they introduced me to the system and helped me to understand how their system works.
Once upon installation, their dispatch system worked absolutely perfectly and have had a few minor issues, but I give full props to the support team as all issues were resolved as soon as possible.
This dispatch system has been installed for over a year and has surprised me and this firm as to how good their service has been seen as to how much we have paid over the course of this year.
I would highly recommend cab treasure to any sort of firms/businesses, especially taxi bases, as to how good their service and dispatch system has been

Cab Treasure have been absolutely great right from get go. We were able to tailor the system exactly to our specification and business model, they were very meticulous in their approach and assisted us through every second of this journey. We were an Autocab customer until the Uber takeover and very frightened and sceptical about moving to another provider, however, Cab Treasure were amazing in the way they assisted the change. Our customers to this date don’t know we changed systems and now we have amazing added features. The driver and passenger app, hotel booker and web booker are amazing and have helped us increase revenue massively. Other system providers can become very commercial and forget how personal the private hire industry is but Cab Treasure have supported us throughout the change and beyond. The customer support team are always just a call away and stick with you until an issue is resolved, no long queues or promises to call back!

In a nutshell, its been an absolute pleasure working with Cab Treasure and I would recommend to all private hire firms that want to control their own business. Do not do any business with this people before you read all the posts. This people will promise you a great working software but is all a SCAM. They will make you pay upfront and make you work countless hours to provide all the information they need and when you finally give them all the information they request they drag. Days turn in to months when you call them you only talk with IT's not with any supervisors or any one in charge. And when you get tired of calling them and ask for the money back they just Ignore you. Don't trust this Company is a SCAM. I been trying to get my money back for months but no luck...

We are happy with the Cab Treasure System. We transitioned over two months ago and have found the system very simple and easy to use. The support team have been very helpful. The 24/7 support has been great. We would recommend this system.

At Crown Cars we have used many different systems in the past. We recently transitioned over to the Cab Treasure system. It has been one of the best decisions we have made as a business. The IVR, app, web booker and automation has made the day to day running of the business a lot smoother. Our automation has increased since we moved over to Cab Treasure. We have been with Cab Treasure for more than 3 years and it is one of the best return on investments we have ever made.We have gone from 30 cars to 100 cars with them. Cab Treasure has made our business operations much more quicker and smoother. Our customers are updated correctly on where their driver is. We have found that our customers love our web booker and apps. The system itself is very quick and easy to use. All users of the Cab Treasure system find the system user friendly. Another important function of the Cab Treasure system which has made our life easier is the accounts package. The Cab Treasure system has made our controllers job a lot easier because the system is more user friendly than our previous system. It is quick and easy to learn so that when new staff have joined the business, we have not had a problem with training them and getting them up to speed quickly. What we really like about the system is the integration with our accounts package. We are now able to send all invoices in one go and export into excel, run accurate driver earning reports, allocate payments correctly to invoices and credit notes etc. This has been a great help to our accountant. If you are looking for a customisable, user friendly and efficient system to use then we would highly recommend Cab Treasure. The transition and migration from our old system onto the Cab Treasure system has been a smooth process as the support team and our account manager have been excellent in the implementation of the system. Best software company very supportive and easy to use driver app. Only thing is they need to work with some external companies to use them as booking platform. Apart from that no problem smooth running with support of there staff.

I signed up with Cabtreasure system On 15th December 2019 and now it’s 09th Sep 2020, system Just been completed but not running yet. Call after call after call for training but no luck.
Website is rubbish as customer are ringing to get the quote as website isn’t working and we don’t receive if anyone has asked for a quote.
They were charging us for no reason so had to cancel the direct debit. Whenever you speak to them, their response is always like “we will have a look into this matter and comeback to you” and they never NEVER call us back.
The agent who came to me “I had food with you, met your family, you guys are very nice, I will definitely looking after your account personally.....” has never called us back even for once!!!!
Total disappointment.......AVOID AVOID AVOID
