Caesarstone took my money and ghosted me.
I ordered two quartz countertop samples for delivery. Imagine my surprise when I opened the shipping bag, marked Caesarstone, and it contained a tube of LaRoche-Possay sunscreen.
It would have just been a funny anecdote if Caesarstone had fixed the error, but they ghosted me. I have sent three emails and left two voicemails and three weeks later…they have my $30 and I have no samples.
I’m glad I found out how unprofessional Caesarstone is before I used them for my countertops.

$30 for “free” samples that are very small and thin?
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I ordered 4 “free” samples of Caesar’s tone quartz counters and it clearly stated I’d pay $30 for shipping. So I assumed the free samples were going to be larger and/or heavier given that shipping cost. A 6x9 small envelope arrived with 4 thin 2.5x6 samples. Clearly not worth $30 in shipping. I’ve tried to reach them via email and phone to discuss and am not hearing back.

Quality is good. Samples are too small to really see the variation of the quartz solid surface. The tile sample was too small to see the marble veining in the porcelain tile
