I had Claudio taking care of my police certificates for my PR application in Canada and he did a stellar job. He managed everything, from getting the police checks to translating it, and shipping it overseas to me. I had a lot of questions and Claudio promptly answered them all. At one point I had to ask for a change in the middle of the process and he did it without any issues. My documents were ready and mailed almost a week earlier than expected. The documents came in a binder inside a folder beautifully organized.
