I ordered custom chairs for my husband's car show display, and I'll admit I was pretty stressed when the tracking information stopped updating. I was on a tight deadline and worried they weren't going to arrive in time. I reached out to customer service, and they were friendly, reassuring, and confirmed everything was still on schedule.

Sure enough, the chairs arrived exactly when they said they would, and they turned out fantastic! The quality was excellent, the printing looked great, and they were a huge hit at the show.

I'm definitely someone who gets anxious when things are out of my control, so the lack of tracking updates had me worried. In the end, though, Cafe Express came through exactly as promised. I'm so glad I trusted the process, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Thank you for helping make our event a success!

The banner I received looks absolutely great, fast shipment and cheap enough for average joes like me.
The 1 thing I didn't like is the edges of the banner were not hymed at all, they just put the eylets in and cut the banner.

After a very special family reunion I wanted to surprise my brothers and nephew with a coffee mug with a statement my older brother kept saying about things we would talk about. He would say It's in the book! and he would point a finger into the air. He wrote a whole book about the history of our branch of the clan. I knew right where to go. CafePress! The mugs were Awesome!!! The mug is heavy weight and solid and the printing on it was perfect. It arrived well packaged and in a very short time. It was well worth the investment for something so special. Thank you CafePress!

The coffee mug arrived much faster than expected, and my book cover was reproduced in perfect detail. I plan to take it with me to book signings in the future!

The product I ordered (promopack tote bag) was not as pictured. Quality very poor.

This company should make it clear that it's not a UK company. The address in Wales and the web address cafepress.co.uk implies that it is. I know that my item has been made but it is sitting in a UPS depot somewhere in the USA. Had I known the item was coming from the USA, I wouldn't have ordered it.

I filed 2 complaints and was told each time it was my bank, my bank says it was your company. Either way I am out over $16.00 from what I expected to pay so I will not be caught in this scam again

The mug I created through Cafe Press came out great. The lettering and image were clear and well aligned. The blank mug was well made and sturdy. I was happy to gift it to my son-in-law who creates online images and content. He gave it a high thumbs up! Highly recommend.
