Awful experience

This cafe used to be great, but is now an awful experience. They want you to order in an app, but have things on the menu that aren’t available. When you order these things they accept the payment but then cancel the whole order so you have to order again. The refund doesn’t come for 2 DAYS! So you have to pay for lunch twice and wait for the refund, expensive if you’re ordering for multiple people. After the issues with ordering, the food then takes more than 30mins to come and it’s only sandwiches! As a side note, you’ll struggle to find anything to eat if you don’t like avocado.
