My daughter ordered a gift set for Mothers Day for me. The package arrived wet at the bottom, and when she opened it, the bottle was broken. Refused a refund or replacement as proof of delivery was taken from the top and damage couldn’t be seen. Disappointing that there was absolutely no compromise.
