great value for two jigsaws i bought for my parents. everything delivered on time and arrived directly with them in time so im v happy and would use again.

I have emailed CC as they stated on a calendar 1 bird every day but there are 1 bird on 3 days at least so this is not true.
I wanted 1 bird on everyday of the month as thats what I paid for
So just be aware and ask exactly what your getting,
And under the sales of goods act
I am entitled to a full refund
Or a replacement if I wish

I have to praise Kaia in customer services for her excellent customer service and prompt responses. After purchasing a calendar it was only after opening it that I realised it had a defect. It only took a few emails and photos to be exchanged before Kaia had arranged for a new one to be posted first class without any hassle. Thank you Kaia.

Ordered online for a 2024 calendar and when it came it had been bent in half.
The actual calendar itself was made in Germany so it had over half a dozen variants of languages representing the days of the week. The month title was at the bottom of the calendar; it had so many other text detritus (in various languages) there was very little room for the actual dates themselves making them too small.
Overall; I consider Calendar Club to be a shoddy setup and best avoided.

I placed an order for a calendar on the 28th of December 2023 and I still haven’t received it, even though they send me an email to say it’s been delivered. I haven’t had it. I’ve emailed calendar club and I’ve put a review on there site, but no reply to either. All I would like is either the calendar or my money back.

As of the 20th of January 2023 I have now received my order. I’m not sure if it’s the original one or if a new one was sent out, because no one from calendar club got in touch with me. However I’ve now received it, so we got in the end.

My calendar was delivered today the cardboard envelope was damaged thus damaged the corners of the calendar very disappointed as it's a birthday present

Woman on till just couldn’t be bothered at all … she obviously didn’t want to be there ! I felt I’d interrupted her as she was in conversation with ‘a friend’ . No effort whatsoever to assist or help .. just ‘oh they should be dotted around here and there’… as in …if you can’t see it , we don’t have it
Bad customer facing person to be in charge of a stall
From just waiting for a minute or two I could see she was just the same with other customers… Oh dear
Needless to say …. Will NOT be going back

Been going to our local calendar club in harlow around Christmas for years now but definitely won't return. Went to buy an item to be told by the rude stafd there can't you see im on a call then for her to walk off and ignore myself and my mum. Disgusting service.

Some mixed reviews but I can only offer my own experience, which was very positive. Good quality penguin calendar, arrived promptly and in perfect condition. No faults from me, but it seems I might have just been fortunate.

Placed an order 10 days ago to be delivered to store- online staff told me it was delivered to store, lady at the store said it wasn’t there yet. Phone lines close at 4:30 so will have to call another day! What a faff, wish I’d paid more for a local company.

Item arrived damaged - unable to use it as a gift. No response from the company to the message that I sent.

I've placed online orders for calendars from this company for a couple of years and have no complaints: the items have been well packed and delivered promptly.

Buy the same calendar and diary Born to Shop every year and I always order from these and every year they never disappoint.

Bad experience, I don't recommend it, I had a problem and the customer service person didn't give me any solution.

I was sold 6 x covers for the calendars I'd bought yesterday in Llandudno. Every single one of them was defective and broken. Although I couldn't have foumdcthat out until I got them home. He was clearly well aware of this - and hoping that I didn't live there so unable to take them back. Getting rid of old defective stock that should be thrown out

Visited your pop up store in frenchgate today. Employee was asleep at the till.. we paid for ours as he woke up but shortly after we were on a nearby bench having a short rest and a man waited a few minutes but then walked off with 2 calendars without paying.. either poor employee is overworked or he doesn’t give a monkeys. I don’t know which it is but it won’t help the business that people can help themselves and honest people can’t be served

I bought an address and birthday book. It is perfect, exactly what I wanted from size, looks and content. I bought it from the very helpful young lady in the ropewalk ,Nuneaton Town . ( sorry I can’t remember her name) She ordered it online for me and it was delivered to her in a few days. She then rang me to confirm it was ready to collect. It was well packaged too

I have spent a long time trying to buy calenders on their website. By the time I've used by banking app to confirm the payment their website has timed out

We usually buy all our calendars from here and love it very much! Just disappointed that there doesn´t seem to be any Marilyn Monroe slim calendar for 2024 :-((((
