I had my website designed by the first owners of the company and let me tell you, one of the worst experiences. filled with false promises and guaranteeing work that they didn’t have the skills to do. But then came along the new owners, who hired Eric. Night and day difference. He called to check up on me and my experience using California Logo Design. I told him how horrible the experience was and the first thing he did was apologies and understood that my frustration was warranted. he continued to explain how he was going to make things right. he said he will get back to me on what options. i’m so glad to see some people still care about customer service.

I worked with California Logo Design to create a website for our small charity organisation. They did a good job to design the website however we have been having challenges for the past 4 months to go into our website and edit it. The login details they gave us to edit our own website do not work. They also created our organisational email accounts, I asked to make changes to email accounts for staff that have left our organisation but I have received no response to my problems. We paid for these services and it is only fair they respond to our problems. It's been 5 months now we still can not access our website control panel. Bad customer service and unresponsive. I would not recommend working with them.

This company needs to improve in more ways than one this company is completely unprofessional does not know how to handle projects and is very unresponsive I have a friend that works for The New York Times and I have told her all about this company she plans to do an interview with me as well to talk about the dissatisfaction that I have had with this company they are completely horrible I do not recommend them for anything!!!!
