Excellent and efficient service with all questions answered.
The sales rep was efficient and covered all equipment to be installed. He took time to go over the total package we wanted and also made suggestions for our individual safety like the motion detector and broken glass alarm. The total package we purchased was under $50.00 a month. We are completely satisfied with the quick installation the next day. Less than two hours. Both the sales rep and the installer went over the use and functions of the wall mounted control box and allowed us to practice the use of each button. Example: home and away buttons. We highly recommend California Security Pro

Great Experience
California Security Pro made the process of getting ADT installed and configured extremely pleasant and easy.
From the initial sales process to the final installation it truly seemed like they valued our happiness and satisfaction with the system.
We never felt pressured to purchase any specific package and their sales associate wanted to find the best fit for our specific situation.
The installer was extremely friendly and hard working and got everything setup correctly without damaging our house or drilling any unnecessary holes etc.
Overall I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the process of evaluating a home security system.

Overall excellent experience with California Security Pro
The salesperson (Kyle Madison) was responsive to our needs, went along fully with our requests (didn't try to sell anything extra), made a very good proposal. The installer (Micah) was also excellent, did the work efficiently. The installation was a replacement for an older system already installed. The installer was able to isolate a defective sensor and suggest a reasonable work-around. We would definitely recommend this company.

Great job!
The sales rep, Andrew Hale, was knowledgeable and very helpful as well as patient! Answered all our questions, and then some. The system is very easy to use, we haven't tripped any false alarms or had a hard time setting the system.

Great Service!!! Did what they promoised
So I got my alarm system in Antioch. Joseph was great. It took me about 2 months to make my choice but Joseph was very helpful and was not pushy at all. He said he knew he could give me the best offer and whenever I was ready he would make it work. Everything he said I would get I got, there was no bait and switch or false promises. The installation went without a hitch, they explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with the system before they left. Overall Great service. You can trust them to get it done right the first time.

I am very happy I chose California Security Pro for the installation of my new ADT system. They were very knowledge, professional and efficient in all aspects of upgrading my existing hard-wired system, and adding outside and inside cameras.
