Awful business
Awful brand, AWFUL quality items, AWFUL customer service and guess what just more AWFUL. Bought their beige pants and they took over the 10 days time frame they promised to come. Quality was RUBBISH and my gran could of made better quality pants than them for cheaper. I spent £51 on them and won’t be getting my money back from them after numerous emails contacting them about my refund which they had approved. Months later still nothing and I’ve given up. Hell with the money I’ve given them I hope they do some serious improvements with their awful brand.
Oh yes also sent it back to the address they gave me for making the return so I don’t even have the pants anymore. They still have my money tho so not happy really. Honestly boohoo man is better than these lot
Stay far far far away from these money grabbing bast*rds because I promise you they will rip u off.

Item took way over 7-10 days to come. Not very good customer service unfortunately, all they advised was that Dpd lost the parcel, then when attempted again they didnt pick the parcel up so had to wait even longer, all I had was, my apologies!

After paying £60 for some trousers. They not only took around 3 weeks but came without a button and a broken zip. There is no way of sending it back and calistudios won’t reply to me. DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!

Worst quality on clothes i’ve ever witnessed. Buttons broke on jacket 2 hours in wearing it. Pattern on shorts vanished after 1 wash. Dont buy here please.
