I made a return request and was supposed to receive the return label by email but got nothing, emailed them multiple times asking for the label since they offer free returns but all I get is an automated email that they would reply in 48 hours and then radio silence.
Very frustrating experience.

Prices are unbeatable, great choice, I buy clothes for myself, my son and my mum too so fashion for all ages.
I live abroad so when I come home to my city Alessandria, I always go for a shopping trip to Calliope.

On December 20, 2025, between 18:00 and 18:15, we visited your store located at Ganjlik Mall, Baku, Azerbaijan to return a product that had been purchased earlier. The product had both the receipt and the original tag.
Your employee, Gunel Ibrahimova, claimed that the product’s tag had been placed “incorrectly” and, without providing any evidence, accused us of having damaged the product, referring to it as “defective.” When I politely asked what she meant by “defective,” she responded rudely, raising her voice and saying, “Don’t you know what defective means?”
In addition, she spoke loudly in front of other customers, stating that the product would neither be refunded nor exchanged, and further said that “the office would be informed about what you did,” using a threatening and inappropriate tone. This behavior is completely unacceptable and contradicts basic principles of professional ethics and customer service.
I would like to emphasize that the product was purchased as a gift, and upon checking it, we realized that the size was too large, which is why we wished to return it. Had the employee calmly and politely explained that a return or exchange was not possible, we would not have filed a complaint.
Unfortunately, despite being long-time customers who regularly shop at your store as a family, we were subjected to rude and disrespectful treatment. Due to this behavior, which does not reflect the quality of your products, we are reconsidering shopping at your store in the future.
We kindly request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken.

I've been waiting for the shipment of the order 17000001120 since December 2nd.
It was supposed to be shipped on December 4th.
Based on my previous experience with the online store, I must admit that service quality is definitely below expectations.
First, I've been waiting a very long time for a refund for a returned order. Despite email assurances that the refund would take 2-3 days, it took 9 days.
Now I'm waiting 16 days for another order to be delivered. Despite assurances that it would take 6 days from shipment.
If you are unable to deliver the package, please request an immediate refund.
You dont answer my mails on time so please don’t encorouge me to contact with you again. Last mail you answered after 13 days even of u promise in your instant mail that it will take 48 hours…

on the website said it would arrive in 5-7 business days but there was no news, update or email confirmation.
I emailed customer service twice but got no response.
It was really disappointing.
