Very nice bloke, & I got the result I wanted.

We were contacted well before our renewal date and suggested that we should pay for the policy in advance.

We then received a number of calls, including a letter, reminding us to renew the policy, even though we informed the first agent that we would renew the policy at a date nearer to the actual renewal date,

To add insult to injury, even after we had renewed the policy, we kept getting telephone calls asking us to renew. There seems to be little communication between department

The experience was so annoying that we told the last agent to call us, that if this did not stop we would cancel our policy

Dear Team I had my renewal due tomorrow. short version - renewal extreamly high, I did homework found a lot of lower quotes based on same levels of cover and info. Sent email, Spoke to Kieran on Monday and Tuesday in C section renewals, very happy with Kieran, Apologised on behalf on the company, acknowledged my email and my disappointments, he then told me he had found a better deal than my email. I have authorised Kieran he may use my email as feedback to the organisation and also as info for his appraisals, / 1 to 1 etc .

I HOPE THE COMPANY MAY USE THE EMAIL FOR INFO SO WHEN RENEWAL COMES NEXT YEAR YOU WILL BE WITHIN A FEW POUNDS OF AN AVERAGE RENEWAL PRICE AND NOT OVERPRICED AS HAS HAPPENED THE LAST 2 YEARS. (sorry not shouting caps lock stuck on too busy to rewrite) Many thanks to Kieran and I hope he keeps up his excellent attitude and customer service.

Courteous and helpful, went the extra mile to find me the best options. Don't buy car insurance until you give them a chance to quote for you. Been with them for three years now and they always come up trumps.

Be Wiser performed brillaintly - quick to answer the phone, accurate, well priced and polite. In fact everything that EBike was not!

All very good right up to email saying that the documents would not be posted as requested, instead they have been email against my wishes.
It's a shame that this has spoiled my experience of Be wiser and hope they will have the decency to reply and explain this mess up by them

After a lot of trouble with the administration of this company ( my name is still spelled incorrectly on my emails) , I have found one of your staff members extremely helpful in solving an ongoing issue.
Ana , I found, was attentive and patient. She gave an answer to a problem some other team members seemed to stumble on , and I have only taken my time to review this company as a result of Ana's helpfulness.

After calling many car insurance companies it was a pleasure to speak to a operator who took time to explain clearly what was needed and made you feel comfortable as we are not all up to date with insurance policies.
