Calstock Boatyard

Calstock, what a beautiful place! If you are looking for a friendly traditional yard ‘up the river’ this is the place. Nice pubs, plenty of places to explore on and off the water and wildlife in abundance, (beware the swan though, I’ve been nibbled more than once!).

Getting back to sailing after a 20 year absence has not been easy but Calstock Boatyard and their team have been friendly and supportive throughout. Offering advice when asked and help when needed, I have learnt a lot in my first season on the river. Thank you to Luke and Andy for keeping me afloat this year!
