Customer Service appalling

Bought Starpad tablet.

It arrived with a broken charger and no documentation. It was clearly a customer return that they sent out to the next customer who came along.

A little research shows that they have a repuation for doing that...just wished I had done that research first.

The tablet itself was fine and good value.

But I will never do business again with a company that treats its customers with such contempt.

lack of customer service

We bought a STARpad in september 2013 - the tablet was cheap and of good quality. After some time the screen lost connection to the frame, and the battery stopped loading. In June 2014 we returned the tablet to CS.
After several contacts and mails they found out, that the machine has not been received. I got the receipt from the danish mailsystem showing that somebody had signed for it at CS.
After more mails and letters we received a "replacement" in November.
It turned out, that the replacement was even more "sick" than our machine.
NOBODY at CS takes responsibility in our case, and they now ask
us to contact the retailer for further assistance.
That is what I call very bad understanding of servicedelivery.
