My new A100 earbuds are excellent
My new A100 earbuds are excellent. I was hesitant to buy them due to a less that perfect experience with the old style M100 earbuds I have been using for a few years.
The sound quality is superb, the fit is much better and the ease of use is a significant improvement. Especially the bluetooth connectivity.
I'm absolutely delighted that I decided to go ahead, I have a strong preference towards buying from British business so this purchase suits me well.
I am the wrong person to give a detailed technical breakdown of the performance, I can just say that it works well for me whether I am listening to podcasts or music.

Absolutely stunning earbuds at a great price. For sound quality they blow my Sony ones out of the water. The app is a great resource too and you can tailor your listening accordingly. Cannot recommend highly enough and on top of all that, delivery was super fast!

No mention of returns policy
There's no mention of a returns policy on anything but products purchased from the UK site. Submitting a support ticket takes them 3-4 days to give a one-sentence response, which really isn't helpful during a return window (if there is one. I still don't know because I have to wait another 3-4 days until their next response)

For orders placed through our UK and EU websites, full details of our returns policy and warranty terms are clearly outlined within the Support section of the site. In terms of response times, we do aim to reply to all customer enquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. However, as our support team is based in the UK, our offices were closed over the recent Easter bank holiday weekend. A100 ear buds. Great!
New A100 buds arrived in 2 days. They were asy to pair with my phone and are easy to set up and use. They sound great! The ANC is better than I anticipated. They are great value for money!

I done some research on various product lines before deciding on the Cambridge Audio product. After looking at reviews I went to the main web site to explore further. The site was easy to access, had all their products on view and the details supplied were 1st class. I ordered the MXN10 and received the product 3 days later with no issues.
