Disappointed
I purchased the Evo One to replace a Naim Muso 1st generation.
I cannot get my Bluetooth turntable to pair with it even though it pairs with every other Bluetooth speaker / device/ headphones I have.
I contacted Customer Services straight away and had one reply requesting further information, then nothing.
I have always supported Cambridge Audio and generally loved their products and exceptional customer service, but I think I will be returning this item and have lost faith in the level of service you now receive.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the Evo One with us. We're incredibly sorry for any disappointment caused here as this certainly isn't what we hope for from our equipment, or our customer support.
We aim for broad compatibility from our devices, with a range of Bluetooth equipment, although pairing without a physical interface to select an output device can sometimes prove difficult. That being said, we're eager to work with you to try and get this working as anticipated, and restore your faith in the Evo one.
We appreciate you contacting us directly to rectify this behaviour, and I would like to reassure you that we always do our best to respond to messages promptly. We can see that your ticket was responded to initially on the 24th of April, and then again on the morning of the 27th - please accept my apologies for the delay caused by the weekend here. We work to a 24 hour SLA between Monday to Friday, and this allows to respond to all tickets and provide the best support possible across the board.

For UK customers only.
From the head office in the UK. They do not ship or support products bought in the UK that British forces/civil servants have taken over seas with them when posted to another country.
Another UK company not willing to support its own forces that have chosen to saved to buy one of there products. Then taken that product with them to show off British brands whilst away from the UK.
I will be selling mine. It’s not worth supporting a brand that doesn’t support its own.

We would like to reassure you that we continue to offer support for any of our equipment taken overseas, and for the supply of spares and accessories we will often work with our network of distributors to offer the most convenient experience possible across a number of regions.
We can see from your support ticket that you have experienced an issue whilst attempting to place an order to a BFPO PO box. Previously this has been a limitation due to the size and value of the vast majority of our products, and shipment to these addresses can cause issues with couriers. That being said, as you are looking to purchase spares and accessories we would like to do our bets to help facilitate this.
We have reached out to you via your support ticket to try and help in arranging an order here, and hopefully we will be able to find a way around this to get you the accessories that you are looking for.

I was amazed that I could still buy a remote for an old Topaz Amp I had, and even more so that it was delivered within a couple of days of my order and all for £15.

A100 earbuds compatibility
Got a refurbished touch I pod for the gym, after reading reviews for apple’s own earbuds I and back compatibility, I decided to get the Cambridge audio ones. I am not very tech savvy but they paired up easily and were a great price compared with other types.
They are fantastic, 100% satisfied.
