Communication from the company and the delivery team ( Jason) was excellent. Both delivery guys were very polite, friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and on time.

Rob and Lawrence were brilliant. They delivered our new parasol on time with a big smile and even offered to deliver it to the spot it would be assembled due to the heavy base. We can definitely recommend them. Thank you.

I ordered a bistro set we had seen elsewhere as it was on sale at 30% off. Much to my surprise delivery was free so I went ahead. It arrived withing 4 days and is perfect. The whole experience couldnt have been easier. Well done

I liked that they had a place for coffee whilst we deliberated on which base to buy. Ideally, we’d have gone earlier in the day so that we could click & collect rather than a separate long journey. But, that’s on us rather than CHG who were very helpful and friendly.

Arrived quickly

The actual delivery crew were very good. However I had to phone on two occasions after the order was made as the wrong address had been keyed into you system and the delivery notification sent to me had the wrong f address and was not corrected in the first time I called. I also gas to call I. The morning of the delivery as the confirmation text to confirm delivery again . Had the wrong address

I called with a query, the phone was answered promptly and query were answered immediately. The lady I spoke to was even kind enough to take my name to get the order out as soon as possible. It all arrived 2 days later which was perfect.

Lauren on customer service was amazingly helpful- calling us proactively to let us know we had ordered the incorrect colour blind for our pergola and sorting out the reorder with no effort on our part. The delivery guys Rob and Laurence were very friendly and kept us informed on the eta. They then helped carry everything into our garage. Great service all round.

The Norfolk Leisure Royce Junior parasol ordered is great, easy to use and competitively priced by Cambridge Home & Garden.
We were kept well informed about the delivery and on the day Rob & Lawrence called 30 minutes before their arrival to make sure we were at home. They offloaded the two packages to our preferred location in the garden and also kindly fitted the wheels to the concrete base, which only took a few minutes.
Overall a great service from Cambridge Home & Garden, which could not have been any better.

Excellent service from Cambridge Home and Garden on this purchase as well as previous ones. Not only was the pergola I ordered cheaper than other retailers, but they also honoured an upcoming offer on accessories that was yet to launch. On top of that, they held on to delivery until I was ready for it. Upon delivery, the delivery men Yasin and Ghazi were remarkably patient as I cleared a suitable space big enough for the boxes.

Would not hesitate to recommend and will look to them for future purchases.
