I bought the Mazda Bongo and collected it on 13 August 2022. It broke down on the way home. Fan belt, water pump major issue according to RAC who towed it out of the way as it seized up and stopped at a roundabout in middle of the road. I have been contacting Jim the owner of the business for three days now but not answering the phone or emails or any texts. I'm getting really concerned now as I have spent all my money, part exchanged my car, we can't now go on holiday and I have no camper and the kids are devastated and my wife is incandescent with rage. I'm taking legal action now unless I hear back in next 24 hours. Avoid at all cost please.
Jim the owner called me just after posting this, a breakdown vehicle was arranged and the van was fixed in Bristol, I got the train to Bristol and collected it. Five days off the road but all good now, so far.

I have only just seen this review, and it is an out and out lie! Lorne bought this vehicle off me, got home safely, then went camping the same night , I even have a photo he sent to me holding 2 bottles of beer up, to say cheers! On his way home, probably still drunk from festivities from the night before, he didn't hear the fan belt squealing, he carried on driving and the fan belt snapped, also causing the Aircon belt to snap. He called me out of hours and whilst I was on holiday, when I got back, I called Lorne arranged for the car to be repaired at no cost to him, if he hadn't been drunk from the night before, he would have heard the noise and stopped, it would have been simple fix. He makes out to be a victim not only in this review, but many others. My advice to any doing business with him, is don't ! He is a first class I---t. I have spoken to the owners of the vehicle in question had 2 since he sold it, both of them said how good it was. The car he part exchanged, was filthy dirty and full of dog hairs, and scratches all over the paintwork. AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COST
