The product arrived reasonably on time…
The product arrived reasonably on time but I inadvertently duplicated the resin I needed so I emailed the company as soon as I could to cancel one of the resin bottles but didn't get an acknowledgement,I then tried to call them many times to no avail, I would have expected a return message or a brief call to say sorry but your order has been picked and dispatched as it was my fault I duplicated and accept which was true.

Fast delivery of wrong item, grumpy customer service
Fast delivery. Unfortunately they sent the wrong item. They insisted it was the right item until I sent a photo of what they’d sent to prove I was right. They did refund me in full once I returned the item. Their customer service was very grumpy. Very short, abrupt, accusing emails. Not even an apology until I complained about the poor customer service. I’m sure if I’d received the correct item I’d be giving them 5 stars. It’s when things go wrong, how you’re treated matters. You don’t start by accusing the customer of being wrong.
