Amazing event, staff all really helpful, great range of tents

Soooooo many tents to choose from.

Hundreds of pounds out pocket because this company won't return the money for the awning we haven't received. Already starting legal action again this company! My partner has tried for months and months this company isn't interested and the communication is shocking! Trading standards will be contacted too!

The staff were very helpful in giving us the information we need, ordering in gear and making sure we had the best deal available.

What a great place. Everything you could possibly need. Advice given was first class. Very happy to return if more products needed even though we have travelled 30 miles.

Good choice of product at reasonable prices and good customer service

The same as so many people here. I ordered a caravan awning online. Was supposed to be dispatched in 4-7 days. Received an email saying that it would be delayed but no confirmation of delivery. Cancelled order. Promised a refund but despite loads of generic messages assuring that the refund was being processed I have not received it. There is obviously something going on with this company. Avoid ordering anything online.

Same experience as many others. Ordered an item on 6 June, advertised for dispatch in 2-4 days. I was then told of “warehouse delays” and that the item should be with me within a week. In the end, it transpired they never had the item, could not get it from the supplier, and had to cancel my order. This was three weeks post order date. Refund allegedly issued on 26 June but still waiting, have now claimed via my credit card / bank. Clearly there is a pattern of conduct here based on prior reviews, with exactly the same experiences. I would encourage anyone affected to report to Trading Standards, it’s a simple form and if there are enough reports the business will be investigated for unfair selling practices.

Ordered a Lagun table arm more than a month ago at £150. First they emailed to say it would be dispatched in 2-3 days, I followed up after 3 days and got a generic response to say they would try and dispatch ASAP. Then after emails back and fourth they said they didn't know when it would be dispatched. I then cancelled the order and was told my refund would be processed in 14 days or sooner, its been 20 days and I'm still receiving a generic response. Ordered this exact product from another online camping shop and arrived within a few days. Still waiting on my refund.

Another one here that has been scammed by this 'company'. I placed an order on May with Camping World UK for the first time for a camping tent that other providers did not have, fact that makes a lot of sense now (first red flag!) …
After I ordered and paid I received an email saying that the item was not available for immediate dispatch (info not displayed at the website before purchasing – Second Red Flag!) after more than two weeks of nothing happening I contacted via LiveChat and cancel my order (4th June 26).
After several LiveChats and emails, two months has passed with a total lack of clear communication or willingness to solve the issue and without receiving my money back (400€), they didn’t even bothered to answer my last three email to sales@ and to @customerrelations …
My experience with them so far is that I’ve just been scammed!
Obviously, I won’t be ordering again from this site and neither will any of my colleagues after telling them what happened here.
Now taking other actions to get my money back.
So avoid them at all costs if you don’t want to lose your money and waste your time. Go to other reliable providers.

Great lots of options to choose from

The processing and dispatch team has been very disappointing. I have waited 7 weeks for my driveaway awning kit and carpet, which were meant to arrive with my awning. The awning arrived 5 weeks after ordering and is still in its box because I can't go camping with it until my driveaway kit arrives. I would love to take my awning away with us on a bigger family trip, but this company and team are holding us back from doing that; they are happy to take my money, though.

I keep contacting them for updates, and nothing comes from their team. Their communication is really poor, tbf only the sales team have been responding, but they can't do anything about my order. I need someone from the dispatch team to provide an update and resolve this order.

I won't be buying big orders from Camping World again. I would like my remaining items this week, or I will have to go a step further. I hope this review is seen and acted upon.

I placed an order in April 2026, but the items were never shipped. After chasing it up, I had no choice but to cancel the order. In early June, customer service confirmed by email that the order had been cancelled and a refund issued, promising it would reach my account within 14 working days.
Over a month later, the refund still hasn't arrived. I've had to contact them yet again, this time asking for the transaction date and reference number just to verify the refund was ever actually processed.
Three months on from my original order, I have neither the products nor my money. The customer service replies are polite, but polite apologies don't refund your account. I'd think twice before ordering from Camping World.
