Great customer service

I couldn’t recommend Camping World UK highly enough, we ordered some new 2026 holawild products that had only just come off pre order and in short supply but there was no delay, everything was delivered on time with great communication.

Like other customers ordered an awning…

Like other customers ordered an awning back in April. Was told not in stock and can order another that is in stock- guess what also advised not in stock only after I enquired why it was taking so long. Requested a refund 3 weeks ago and no refund yet processed. This company is deceitful and would NOT recommend. All I’m trying to do is get my money back at this point and they cant even manage a refund properly. Utterly disgusting.

Fabulous!

Fabulous sales person (Matt) who answered all our questions on the equipment we were interested in and then Liv at the till who was so helpful in putting the order through the till for us. We attended during their weekend event so was very busy but nothing was too much trouble.

The staff at camping world were so…

The staff at camping world were so helpful today when we brought a new awning. Josh was especially helpful and was super knowledgeable about all of the different ones we looked at. We will be using camping world going forward. Thanks
