Did not get the wine I ordered

Did not get the wine I ordered, but a 50% cheaper wine from the same house.

Horrible effort to get a response. In the end, they did not allow me to return the goods (as is consumer law) but got the difference in price paid back. Never again.

Should have read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering - reviews share same story over & over again.

Experiencia inaceptable – se espera reembolso

We ordered a case of 6 bottles of Chablis 2023 for New Year’s Eve, with delivery scheduled for 29/12.
The order arrived on 11/01, well after the event.
Even worse:
The 6 bottles delivered were Chablis 2024, which are €10 cheaper per bottle, i.e. a €60 difference that has not been refunded.
The invoice was inside the box, even though this was meant to be a gift.
Despite our complaint, the seller is no longer responding.
The entire order was incorrect, resulting in financial loss and a non-existent customer service.
⚠️ This review will remain online until a full refund or a satisfactory commercial solution is provided.

DO NOT USE!

Ordered 5/12/25, correos have lost packet , campoluz are not doing anything about it, now lost €70, no customer service. No one answers phone, now ignoring e-mails, Carlos Munoz supposedly e-commerce manager, what a bloody joke!

Don't do it

As some others already pointed out, this company ships the items the items of your order they actually have, and the ones they don't have they simply refund. But there's zero communication about that and if you try to contact their customer service (by contact form or email) you don't get any reply. In their webshop, when you log in, you can't manage your order, like cancelling for example. Thus, if customer service virtually doesn't exist, and you can't do anything yourself.....Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one is because they did actually deliver part of the order and did refund the missing item.

Essentially fraudsters

Essentially fraudsters. Avoid.

They run a company that has (as far as I can tell) no actual stock, although they advertise things as being ‘in stock’.

So, my story is the same as a lot of those on here; I ordered two very specific and difficult-to-find bottles from them - one was cheap and one was expensive. I didn’t really like the postage charges but the expensive bottle is so hard to get, I decided to go ahead. Only one bottle arrived; the cheap one. The very-hard-to-get, expensive bottle did not.

There is zero customer service … totally zero. After sending them various emails and messages, the cost of the missing bottle suddenly appeared as a refund on my debit card. The postage was not refunded. The result was that I paid more in postage than the cost of the one bottle that was delivered.

This company is either a scam or very…

This company is either a scam or very badly managed. Order 6 bottles of a certain wine, payed for them and a few days later the order was cancelled. The reason: out of stock. The funny thing is that the same day the order was cancelled the very same wine was still available to buy in their site...
Luckily enough I got a total refund on time, which considering some of the opinions I read about this company was quite an achievement.
From these guys, never again!

Empty Promises

The main issue with Campoluzenoteca is that they sell wines and liqueurs they don’t actually have in stock. They charge your card immediately when you place the order, and only afterwards you find out the product is unavailable. I wasted my time and had my money blocked for nothing. Very untrustworthy shop – I do not recommend it.

Asked for 2 bottles of rare alcohol…

Asked for 2 bottles of rare alcohol which they had on their website. I was skeptical at first due to the reviews but in all honesty, I had the beautiful bottles in 1 week. Shipped quickly, packaged well and the exact same bottles I ask for. Will shop here again.

I should have read this before!
Made an order and they send what they want instead of what we ask.. mails and posts with advertises yes, answer to the mail presenting the issue, no! NEVER MORE!

Devia ter lido isto antes!
Fiz um pedido e eles enviaram o que querem em vez do que pedi. Mails e posts com publicidade enviam, responder ao e-mail com a situação, não! NUNCA MAIS!

No customer service

Package of 6 bottles damaged, repacked in DHL Box, and 1 bottle missing.
The remaining 5 bottles are seriously stained with red wine, dramatic presentation.
End of the day Bodega Campoluz does not react on emails. On the website they talk about Return guarantee but does not seem true.
My advice, do not buy at this company

6 out of 16 bottles were not delivered

6 out of 16 bottles were not delivered. 1 box was damaged during transport. Campoluzenotec direlty claimed the damage, but never sent the remaining 6 bottles again. They do not respont to messages or emails. Very bad customer service and completely not reliable.

I have used this company before without…

I have used this company before without a problem. However my last order didn't arrive and I made several phone calls to find the status of it. I appreciate that one of the items that was ordered in early November 2023 was out of stock and to be fair I did get a refund on that. However, as I had ordered several items for Xmas presents I was concerned that by mid December they hadn't arrived. I rang them several times and was assured that they were on the way but had been delayed because of breakages in the shipment. I commented that if they didn't arrive by Xmas I would like refund as I had to make alternative purchases. The wine did not arrive and in early January I asked again for a refund, but was not forthcoming. A package did arrive later in January and before I opened it I could hear the tinkling of broken glass as I took it off the delivery person. I could also see liquid stains on the outside. I again contacted Campoluz about the smashed contents; they asked me send photographic evidence, which I promptly did. Nearly three weeks later I still haven't heard from them. I do know that things go wrong in business but the most disconcerting thing about this was the off hand attitude of the customer service and not one apologetic gesture. Campoluz need to be far more proactive and personable in their customer service for they do have some great products and offers on their site.

Absolutely horrible experience

Ordered 6 bottles of Godello wine on May 25th. Received notification they were unavailable on May 31st and was offered a refund or alternative wine. I promptly requested a refund. Still waiting and it's now June 17th and no communication regarding refund. Case now escalated with PayPal and also reported to Trusted Shops. An hour after contacting PayPal I received a mail saying I'd be refunded as soon as possible but am still waiting. Avoid purchasing anything from this company as it is a nightmare. Google is full of poor reviews for similar issues. Would give zero stars if possible.
