Extremely poor quality

I would give them negative if possible. Bought a passport holder that was sold as a luxury item. One would expect for such an item to last for a reasonable time yet the material it was made of started to simply disintegrate in 2 years. Wrote to the company, including their management but they simply ping ponged the issue and eventually refused to take any responsibility. Absolutely appalling as their quality is pure rubbish.
