I like that I can chat with an associate and get questions answered quickly!

The application used for clients to sign in is quite simple and Direct. I appreciate that. I like that there are choices of size for purchases. It’s always good to have a choice.

I am still waiting on my cat's inhaler. Orig script was sent to CDD by vet on 12/9/25. I called and placed the order (was invoiced) 12/16; during order placement rep told told it had been too many days since they received the prescription and they needed the vet to verify it again. Payment removed from my checking account 12/17. Vet spoke to someone there on 12/18. CDD called 12/19 to say they had never received a script, so the vet called and spoke with someone again, as well as resending the script via email. I received email notification that product shipped 12/23. Per online DHL report, facility in country of origin did not receive the original package for shipment until 01/06/26. DHL reports that the package arrived at customs on 01/09/26, which proves it takes just 3 days to ship something from Australia to California. The package never moved after that. DHL refuses to discuss it with me further. I filed a BBB complaint hoping to get this resolved 01/22/26. CDD's response on 01/28/26 was that I had to wait until 02/11/26 and only THEN would they either refund my money or ship another. My BBB reply to that was that there's no point in waiting, the complaint is not resolved until I have an inhaler in my possession. This morning 02/12/26 I emailed CDD directly to ask for that shipment, and I have received no response. I wish I had never used this pharmacy. It seems MANY of these 1-star reviews state CDD drugs were confiscated by customs, they took forever to ship, and customer service provides conflicting responses, similar to my experience with this order.

The best experience at all. I have been a customer here for almost 3 years. Price is much better compare with other places. Customer service is amazing. It is serious company. Highly recommended. The only bad thing is long time to wait for the shipping but overall I am very satisfied happy customer.

It came but it needed a signature before I got it. That was something that was unusual. Other than that it takes a little longer than if I ordered it here, but it’s just fine.

Chat is always difficult for each person to understand what the other is trying to communicate.

After charging my checking account for my order, they made me change the quantity in my order which increased the order total. Then they charged my checking account for the new order total rather than the difference which put my bank account $100+ in the negative and caused my bank to start charging an overdraft fee. We are on day 3 of trying to get my money back and still being told we have to wait for someone to approve it (which initially would take 24-48 hours). DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY!
