I have been using CDD for several years. I have been purchasing respiratory inhalers for my cat. If I had to buy them from a US pharmacy it would cost me thousands of dollars. With the Trump tariffs the cost of medication has increased by $17.00. It may not sound like a lot but it is upsetting if you are living on a budget. I thank CDD, they care about their customers. They don't overcharge their customers.There customer support is terrific, they call me with reminders to renew and to get new prescriptions. I recommend them to family and friends. Today I learned about the rewards program. It will help me save on future prescriptions.

There was an item that was not able to be fulfilled in my order and I was never notified of this. I only realized once I received my order missing the only way in which to administer the medication. Not only was I never informed, I was issued a credit rather than receiving a refund for the missing item.

Customer service is always top notch! I had issues uploading the prescriptions and ACH payment through the website, but was able to attach/provide everything in the live chat to complete my order.

This is the 2nd review that I am writing about Canada Drugs Direct. I placed an order on November 30, 2025 and never received it. I had to wait until the end of December for them to admit that it was lost. They were able to send me a new script but would take at least 3 weeks to arrive. I told them I couldn’t wait and would order from my local pharmacy. After arguing with them they agreed to reimburse me for the $400 that I spent for this medication. However, it would take up to 14 days to reimburse me. Last week I received a reimbursement of $72.... wtf??? I called again and after spending almost half an hr on the phone they promised to reimburse me the remainder but would also take another 12 days. This is unacceptable and have yet to receive the entire reimbursement. Very disappointed and recommend to anyone ordering from this company to have lots of patience and expect anything.

This company has some of the best Rx prices around. Ordering online can be a challenge but you can always call them for help.
