I sent a sympathy plant and a name was missed on the card. Looks like a family member did not care …. I asked for a 15% refund on the $122.00 order on my credit card and was refused. Canada Flowers does not stand by their refund policy.

Great Service - Everyone's Happy!
Julian ensured that the substitute flowers the affiliate wanted to supply was sufficient. According to my sister and her family the flowers were beautiful and the food basket was a big hit - lots of new stuff to try combined with old favourites!

One of the extra items was not delivered
The flowers were lovely and arrived before 6 PM, which I appreciated. However, I had clearly mentioned not to leave them unattended, but that instruction wasn't followed. Also, I paid extra for balloons, but they weren't included with the delivery. Apart from that, the flowers were beautiful and we really liked them.

A wonderful overall experience
The timing of delivery (to a residence in Vermont) was exactly as needed. The flowers were for my former wife's birthday and the arrangement was exactly as ordered and she was thrilled. The contact, the order on line was easy and finally the cost was what was as advertised and overall I am very happy with the whole experience.

An issue with one colour was resolved quickly
There was an issue with one colour flower not being available for this delivery. The florist notified me right away and I was given a couple of choices and chose a different flower that still for the aesthetic that I wanted. Good service.
