Length of time for product to become available
The biggest thing I disliked was the amount of time it took to receive the product, it was stated it should be in and ready for pick up within 7 to 10 days and it was almost a month and a half. Other than that I have bought a fridge from them before and the prices are always decent and good people to deal with.
