Product in stock, no big wait time.
Sales girl was knowledgeable and helpful. Our washer quit and we needed one without weeks of waiting. It was delivered in three days. They took the old washer and set up the new one. Happy!! We are all set.

I prefer to order over the phone and was happy with the order process. Competitively priced, appliance was available to be shipped outside city limits in one week. Delivery was seamless, quick and efficient. I liked the trackability and status of the delivery in real time.

Two misunderstandings. But very pleased with procedure
All was good although there were two things I don't recall being told. 1/ the cost of removing the packaging by the delivery service to the charge of 8 dollars. Which I would have agreed to pay. 2/ Although minor to me was to pay the full amount on the stove. Initially I was told I could put a down payment and once the stove arrived at CAS location I was to pay out the balance before delivery. I am happy with the product and in future when I need any other appliance I will be contact CAS.

Our experience in the store was great, our salesperson listened to what we wanted in a fridge and showed us several options to choose from. We had it delivered and set up and the two men were on time and very polite. Would recommend shopping here for appliances.

Dishwasher was delivered as stated, when we purchased it and installation the same. Installer knew what he was doing, and the dishwasher was installed in 10-15 minutes. Nice , friendly person. Cleaned up also. Great customer service.
