I had questions but kept getting an argument
The salesman was very nice but was very disappointed when I had to call and book the pick up and delivery and had to pay for disposal of my old stove when your ad showed free pick up and delivery. The company who came and installed my stove were very good as well and told me they were not part of your store so had a pick up charge. I think your company should have paid that $63 instead of me and your $189 charge was $215. Not pleased at all.
The salesperson was informative and helpful. The payment options were exceptional. The delivery wa on time and quick. They phoned to let me know exactly when they would arrive. A great experience overall.

The fact that I had to buy a microwave, pick up my own product from another location and then have to pay extra to have it installed on top of searching an installer when I bought a laundry center with included install is unbelievable. This is not good business practices. What should have happened is that CAS should have arranged for the delivery of both appliances to be delivered together and installed.

the salesman was helpful, knowledgable, listened well and perhaps went out of his way to facilitate payment with a senior who was truly non savy or very capable with technology. the only con was i am sure the fridge height told to me was 62 inches and it was only 60 inches high, which gave me a five inch gap in my built in space. delivery guys were perfect.

This a case of I can't leave a Zero star review so I'll settle for a 1 Star, for starters they have a 1 Star on BBB, not to mention so many horrible Reddit posts that tell you all you need to know.
I bought a fridge from a Mr Fartgun Riyat who i think gained his work experience at a Donut factory in Kerala
1) delivery day , driver's arrived 3 hours late, horrible odor, so bad we had to leave the kitchen, they told me fridge was too big and to call customer service for a proper replacement, fair enough
2) Called Fartgun Riyat who told me they had no LG models that would fit in my space so i asked to cance my l order, he told me i would get my refund in 1-2 days
3) a few days later, Mr Fartgun no longer answered my calls or replied to my messages, called customer service who told me to wait till midnight
4) a few more days, no refund, customer service says wait "5-7 business days and expect refund by e-transfer?!"
5) 7 business days later customer service says "call your bank"
6) filed a dispute, told to wait 30 days, got a full refund 34 days later
Now this fridge was not a floor model or a special order, these jokers made my refund process as long as possible, maybe they are having financial trouble maybe that's just internal policy who knows
You seriously need to stay away , appliances cost the same pretty much everywhere , please go somewhere with a good reputation Coast Appliances, Costco, Leon's, the brick, anywhere except here.
