I had to purchase a new washer/dryer…
I had to purchase a new washer/dryer for my daughter who lives in my condo. As I don’t live in Ottawa, I called the nearest store and spoke to a sales rep. We went through the whole buying process over the phone. He was very kind and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, he had to cut our conversation short because he had to rush back on the floor to help another customer. What I did like was that I could have the appliances delivered 2 days later. Delivery and installation went smoothly. They even hooked the machines up and got them ready for a load of laundry.

Efficient and Painless
Went in to buy a new washer, described our old one, said we wanted to stay with same brand and style. Picked one out, in stock, paid for and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Delivered in 2 days, unpacked, in place and ready to go. All I had to do was adjust the levelling. Extremely painless!

We knew more or less what we wanted and our sales rep,Louis S. identified the comparable models quickly.We negotiated a fair price and delivery was organized for the next day luckily. Delivery and remival/ install went very smoothly. My expectations were exceeded.
We will be looking for a refrigerator in the fall most likely so CAS will be our first stop.

Service and follow up was excellent
Service and follow up was excellent. No complaints except, why I took one star off, they refused to take the packaging (boxes) even after charging us $8.00 for the service. They eventually reimbursed us but nevertheless it was a disappointment.
