We received our dryer DOA - making a horrible noise. CAS support has been horrible - slow to respond, no one to call, fragmented departments. They have suggested Samsung come to repair our BRAND NEW DRYER, even though it never worked properly and we submitted an exchange request within a few hours of delivery. I did not pay for a refurbished unit. For some reason, CAS has been reluctant to replace the dryer they just delivered and installed (but never tested).

Contact/information by phone and email was appreciated. The delivery was prompt as per time set. Delivery people were helpful, polite and skillful.
Worst company ever deal with for returns give hard time delaying then want to charge 25% restocking fee. Never go to this company. They are not honest.

Canadian Appliance left us totally in the lurch when the Frigidair wall oven stopped working after the first day. It took months until finally a warranty service technician showed up. We would have returned the oven if that would have been possible. Hotline was no help.

Numerous issues: paid for delivery and white glove installation but some items are on back order and can only be delivered and installed with an additional cost. I need my washer and dryer and cannot wait until the pedastals are in until I get them installed.
Delivery was supposed to be today 1:30-4:30. I only got an email that asked me to confirm. Which I did. It is now 7:22 and the machines still have not been delivered. I didn’t get a phone call or email letting me know it was canceled. When I called the store earlier they said the machines were on the truck and will be delivered today. I have waited since 1:30. Nothing yet and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointed.

The delivery man arrived at 8 am sharp. Brought the dishwasher in and wanted me to sign a form without actually seeing the dishwasher. When I pointed it out he said to sign the form and any problems, phone the office and they would deal with it. Trouble is, when the installers arrived 3 days later, they said there was a dent in the door and they couldn’t install it because of safety issues. They said they’d send in a report and I also sent in a report but have not had direct contact from them and Krenish said they were offering me $100. That for a brand new Bosch dishwasher that can’t be used?!

Everything worked as planned. The information provided was accurate. The staff did their job well. The refrigerator is working.
This was my first time doing an on-line purchase and Rachel McMaster was very helpful and made everything seamless. I had fantastic service. Everything went very well; from the date I ordered my dishwasher to the delivery.

Purchased both washer and dryer in stock in Calgary, for Wednesday delivery, paid in full. Called Tuesday by Associate to push back delivery to Saturday because of no stock. Assume another customer received the inventory I already paid for earlier in the week. Took time off to receive the appliances. When inventory is sold it should be taken out of your system and allocated to the individual that paid for it. I now have to arrange for someone to receive the appliances on Saturday because I am out of town.

They said they offer the best prices! well everything comes with a price.
I have sent a message to Marc Prieur, my "Sales representative" and never heard back from him.
We noticed that the washer is making noises similar to a fridge during the washing cycles, it sounds very similar to the noises our previous washer was making, and the technician said it will be better to replace it, now I don't know if that is the same issue with this new washer.
The guys that make the delivery told us that the machine was level, I ask them if it was as the drawer from the pedestals was leaning towards all the time and wouldn't stay close. I ask them and they said it was "okay" as the floor was uneven, so I asked them, "if the unit has to be level?" and they said it was.
The delivery was not "white gloves" as they promised. It wasn't until after they leave that I noticed they smashed the door frame, and there is some scratch of the white paint from the door frame is in the unit. These guys didn't even connect the water hose properly to the unit as it was leaking water.
I have tried all possible to level the washer, but still, it moves very aggressively during the cycles and I don't want the unit to damage.
Now I have to replace or paint the door frame and contact the manufacture.
