I too have found this company to be absolutely the worst I have experienced.
I was persuaded by a seller in Rosengaard centre in Odense to get a TV-box from Canal Digital, since then I could see Eurosport and Eurosport 2.
He swore that I would be able to see everything I was able to see on my tv-box from YouSee. I only saw Murdoch Mysteries from TV2 Charlie and I saw them from the archive, i.e. recorded episodes, since they sent the series at 5 and 6 in the morning and I couldn't get up that early.
But when I got the box it turned out that they didn't have this series in their archive so I couldn't see it. It was the only series I wanted to see, I also wanted to see news and text TV.
When I wrote to Canal Digital they replied and admitted that there were several series which they did not have the rights to, including Murdoch Mysteries, I confronted the seller with this and he said he hadn't known about that. Is it reasonable that the sellers are ignorant about what the tv-box can and can't offer?
Also when I tried to get out of the arrangement I was informed that there was a 6-months' binding. The seller had said that the first three months were free but had said nothing about being bound for six months so I couldn't get out of it.
The firm said I had to complain to them, but when I did this my complaint was rejected.
On the second day when I came home, the TV box did not work. Nothing I did helped. So I only got to see a little news for one day. The text TV didn't work, though they said it would come later. However, later the box did not work.
I got a new box from YouSee but was not allowed to return the Canal Digital box. It is packed away since it was useless and had stopped working.
Also, I have not been told how much unlawful money they plan to take from my account, and how long will they do so?
If Canal Digital replies to this review, please tell me how much you plan to deduct from me.
To sum up, the faults/illegalities of this company were as follows:
1) Lured to buy the tv-box based on false information about what could be seen in the archive
2) Not told about 6 month-binding
3) Tv-box stopped working after one day

I have to say, that this company is just really the most manipulative company that I have encountered in the last 13 years! No matter what they offer, you should know that over 50 % of what they offer on the phone has hidden prices and they don't tell you about it when they sell you the product. They also will not tell you your rights and possibilities that you have, when you agree to buy something. F.ex they do NOT tell you, that the moment you have activated your online account, you are bound to 6 months of deal and cannot get out of it. But, you will not really know what you got in your package, until you log in. They even encourage you to logg in as soon as you have hang up the phone with them! It is a twisted circle that they use to lock people in 6 months of paying for something they were lied about that they will get! A nice - Thank you, but not interested- and hang up the phone right away, will save you lots of stress, money and you will not feel like a fool, when you realize that they lied and manipulated you!
AND, you cannot complain! YAY!!! Isn't that AWESOME :-D!?
You can only complain to naevneneshus.dk, if the product costs more than 800 kr!
I say, keep away from another capibeast (Capitalistic Beast) :-)

Haven't been using it since mid December and still der there's several ppw post on my bill. Of course there is no explanation on my bill of what it is.

Now, quite by chance, I hear, that the "Sportspakke" with TV2 Xtra will not be delivered from the start in January 4 (if at all!), to all the CD-customers (including me), who receive their signal through internet. They knew perfectly well that this was so in my case, but Canal Digital chose to keep this a secret. I've been a satisfied customer for years (summerhouse), but this is genuine fraud. Yes...FRAUD. If I can give you "ZERO STAR" for your service - I will gladly do that! I pay kr. 792,75 every month for a FULL PACKAGE with Canal Digital and all I now get is a BLACK SCREEN and other canals that I am NOT INTERESTED in. My job is to ensure full payment to CANAL DIGITAL in a timely manner - Your job is to ensure that I get what I have paid for! Anything else is a FRAUD - In a criminal court you will not only need to refund my payment but have to pay compensation to me for NOT honouring your part of our contract. I have instructed my lawyer to look into this matter. I look forward to receiving a response from Canal Digital. Yours sincerely / A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

What I would like to see are the Swedish and Norwegian channels, they are more up to date with British thrillers unlike Denmark who insult the viewer with extremely old series.To receive these I have to subscribe to YouSee, more expense.
For some reason here in Assens at my address I cannot receive the rentals, the streaming is terrible.
