At the start it was already long, and after my first order, I wanted to change my prescription, it’s been almost one month I’m waiting for my have an appointment or just a new prescription. I don’t even know because they reply not even once a week. Don’t use this website, you will lose your time and your money

When I first started using Candor around a few years ago, I would have gave them 5 stars.
The last year or 2, things have gone downhill and only get worse every few months or so I order again.
At the start, when I applied for a script, it would be processed and delivered within less than a week. Now this same process can take up to 2 to 3 weeks.
Time to change provider I think.

Edit: I am upset because I brought 5 people onto this company and when they merged with CDA there should have been a law suit. One of my mates took 4 months to get his first script… the doctor didn’t even show up to the first call he had booked so he had to wait another two weeks. Just stay away.

I paid the consult fee and then 2 weeks later got offered a time slot 2 days later for my consultation at 8-10pm on a Friday. Silly me thought that after 5 years of being a CDA customer that there would be a seamless transition for continuing customers to Candor, boy was I in for a rude awakening. I got the privilege of being treated with suspicion and like a 'naive' patient all over again because I need 4 kinds of flower instead of 2, like that's some kind of an indicator of being a 'druggie'. The whole process left me feeling dirty and degraded. Let me be clear there are no cannabis advocates at Candor, they are clueless GPs that somehow stumbled into Candor (for work experience?) and seem to be making more effort to deny you access to cannabis and put you back out on the street than to give you relief. I have Coeliac disease and MS like symptoms and at times extreme symptoms but was treated as if my condition was not real or I was making it up even though they had access to my previous CDA file and health summary from my regular GP. Days later still no script, will be either requesting a refund or will move on after this script ends. Candor needs to close shop as they are not cannabis focused or even competent at the most basic levels of communication. Medical cannabis needs cannabis specialists not fearful, unenthusiastic, ignorant, stigmatising GPs trying to get you off cannabis that helps patients with real needs. They are a disgrace to cannabis honestly... I came for relief not further stigmatisation! The nurses at CDA had more integrity, compassion and cannabis knowledge than the doctors here at Candor... These doctors seem to fear cannabis rather than understand it's benefits, I am scared to continue here...

Was good.But now it is not. Been 9 days since I finished my script and did my update questionnaire and still no appointment response for Dr Consult. Understaffed and they don't seem to care. Nearly back on the opiates. Good work greedy scum.

All the horror stories you read of zero communication with patients is 100% real. I waited two weeks after paying to get a consult then the doctor was sick. Have been messaging them for over a week with zero replies. And they take your money straight up. Will change this review if they ever reply but right now I’m definately not a happy customer. Maybe look elsewhere. guys need to be reported. They are messing with people’s health. To report medical malpractice in Australia, you can raise a concern with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra). You can do this by submitting a form online, calling 1300 419 495, or submitting a printable form via mail. Alternatively, you can make a mandatory notification if you are a registered health practitioner, employer, or education provider, or seek advice from your insurer or legal advisor.

THE PRODUCT TOOK AGES TO ARRIVE.AND IT WAS VERY AVERAGE.
I TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES MESSAGING THE SUPPORT TEAM & NURSES VIA THE DASHBOARD BUT I AM YET TO RECEIVE A REPLY. THAT WAS 1 MONTH AGO.
I CURRENTLY HAVE RUN OUT OF SCRIPTS AND AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF PURSUING ANY TREATMENT WITH CANDOR.
ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS AT EVERYTHING APART FROM TALKING SHIT.

If I could do no stars I would, for 2 months I was waiting for a reply back only until I said I’ll go elsewhere did they book my consult, I’ve continued to try and contact the company but absolutely no response even from there “EMERGENCY” email tried everything under the sun but no response whatsoever, would not recommend for anyone

The entire process failed and was a waste of time and money. A refund was promised and never processed. I was asked to send through information from my regular health care provider and allegedly they never received this information even though it was sent multiple times.
This type of service would be more suited to someone who doesn't have time sensitive ongoing healthcare needs. Initial request for an appointment was made 22/03/25, initial appointment occurred 01/04/25, my general practitioner sent through additional information on 24/04/25, to which Candor said they never received, nor did they make any attempt to reach out to my regular practitioner, and by 03/06/25 a discharge letter was sent, although I'm not sure why as I can't say I was ever really a patient with this provider.
This particular healthcare provider struggles with communication in a clear, effective, and timely manner. The entire healthcare experiences felt like a slow moving time wasting scam.

I have had a positive experience with candor. Paid $59 for my consultation and although it took 2 weeks my doctor was very understanding and helpful.I got my prescriptions the next day. During the 2 week wait the nursing staff stayed in contact with me and were very helpful.I found Candor to be very professional.

Extremely poor service. A frustrating experience. Online process confusing for older people, error messages that made no sense. Took too long from paying for consultation without proper notification of how long it would take to speak with a doctor, then, actually receive a script with limited access to dispensaries so you're forced to buy direct.

I was with them for a solid year then as others state, Candor went off the rails. I just had my consult with Dr James and he gave me scripts for products I didn’t want? Doctors chat is offline, and to note my appointment was changed without my knowledge 2 days after my chosen date. Then the Dr James calling 3 hours late at the specified time.
Switching over to Horizon, leaving Candor for good will not come back and I don’t recommend them at all. I would ask for my $59 back for the ridiculous consultation with Dr James, however don’t think that’ll happen.

I was recommended Candor by friends who had previously had good experiences - since then the company has apparently completely gone off the rails. I paid for my initial consult and provided all requested information over 2 months ago now and have had no success even speaking to a person beyond a minimum word count reply from what seems like a bot. Struggling to have my consult money refunded. Avoid like the plague.

Like many have already said - this service USED to be amazing! I’ve completed and paid for my check up on 19/06 knowing I have only a few days of stock left - also knowing I may have a small wait time due to my last few experiences… it’s now 26/06 and I have sent 4 messages asking for a simple update on the wait times or just asking for any response in general.
I have not received a response to any of my messages in the nurse or support chat and feel kinda robbed? Along with the no contact number to call and being severely reliant on the messaging system - the money exchange prior to any service being actually fulfilled and no response has lead me to feel like my money is being held hostage - and all I can do is hope that someone will reply and either give me my money back or push me through for a doctor’s consult ? This is super stressful and quite literally the opposite of what this service should be providing..

Previously was going through CDA had been on my medical for years then when they've swapped to merge with crandor they've messed up my medical history that surely CDA would of had on file about everything so they won't take me on in the clinic so I will be cut off my medication which includes my CBD for my epilepsy their wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Don't even bother with them.

no responses, support doesn't answer, you pay them money for a consult that never happens. I have a mild pain condition so i can wait but i have to put my life on hold while i'm waiting for these people to do their jobs
