Fabulous customer service and product! No more pulling!
The Canny Collar is exactly what I've been looking for. Have tried numerous other head collars for my various dogs and this one is the best. It doesn't pull their head to the side due to its' construction but works beautifully for even strong pullers. And, I had amazing customer service. Got the sizing wrong and exchanging it was super easy. They were very communicative and helpful.

Works but needs Quick Release option
I like the two straps that keep my dogs head from pulling to one side but really don’t like your buckle collar. Please add a safety clip version for quick release. I raise wiggling pups and like that your collar and leash system does train them in reducing pulling, just not as easy to get off in emergencies.

We understand that everyone has their own personal preferences for dog gear and I'm sorry that on this occasion, we weren't able to meet your expectations on this. The reason we use a buckle is that during the original trials of the Canny Collar, the participants expressed a clear preference for the buckle over the quick release plastic buckle as it was perceived to be more secure. Several participants had dogs which on occasion had broken free of the plastic snap buckle and so felt the metal pin buckle to be safer for their dogs. As we say though, each person has their own wish list and we can't please everyone unfortunately!! But we have taken on board your suggestion and may look to add a version with a quick release buckle at some future point. 😊

We adopted our first dog Bella 14 yrs ago. That day the director of the facility was British and she sold these. I got the last one and lord it changed our walking from crazy to enjoyable. She passed from bone cancer last Aug of 22. Almost 1 yrs later we adopted our sweet Carlie Mae. The first thing I did was order her one of your Canny Collars!!! Same incredible results again!!! The collar design is good and works…
The collar design is good and works well, durability is not so good. Ours is starting to fray slightly, not sure how much longer I would trust it. Wouldnt buy another due to the cost and lifespan.

Recommended for Basset Hounds
Delivered on time. Great quality. We recently had our Basset Hounds trained with Gentle leads. We prefer the Canny Collars for the due to the leash connection being above their necks instead of dragging the ground and encouraging them to pull the snout collar off. Both have adapted well to the Canny Collar.

The collar definitely does help
The collar definitely does help. But we have a very stubborn lab/husky mix. So if something is interesting to her, she still bolts towards it. She is just six months old now, so if we keep using the collar, hopefully, she will become more compliant.

Those this collar
The canny collar was introduced to us by our dog trainer. We have 2 medium dogs with a total weight of 100lbs. Without the Canny collar there would be no way I could walk them together. I have recommended this collar to many people who have dogs who pull.

Excellent collar for dogs who pull
Although our puppy quickly chewed up the first one when I left it on without attending to him for a couple of minutes…don’t do that!), it is a great collar. It is especially good for running and training to heel walk as it doesn’t hurt his neck with gentle corrections.
