It was recommend to me for my staffy who was dragging me into next week on our walks. He's getting use to it and I'm in control

The canny collar is a great for training any dog I have found it very good and use it on my dachshund x he walks great on it.

On recommendation from another dog owner we ordered a Canny Collar to try and stop our 11 month old Border Collie pulling when on his lead. Collar was promptly delivered and seems well made. Whilst early days it seems to be working and making walking on a lead a more comfortable experience for all of us. Only issue was that he’s in between sizes and we could have probably got away with a smaller size but as he’s still growing we went for the size 4 rather than a 3.

Great product, easy to put on. Definitely does what it says on the tin, we wish we had known about this collar when we were first looking as it would have helped with the stopping the puppy from pulling and saving a lot of strain on my back having had 4 back operations. I Definitely recommend this product.

My canny collar arrived very promptly and is well made.

Sadly only three stars for my particular dog. It is very effective if the dog pulls or lunges (as mine does without warning) but as soon as the lead is slack it is easy for my dog to shake off the nose band as the yellow slider does not grip the straps. As I walk my dog on a loose lead I will reluctantly have to find another make that does not work loose.

Truly cannot sing the praises of Canny Collar enough.

We have two large dogs (size 4 and 5), and despite our best efforts over the years, never entirely managed to get them to stop pulling; at their worst, the larger could drag a grown man along, leading to some very embarrassing walks. Had previously tried various harnesses without success.

Ordered the collars on a weekend, they came on Tuesday. They are of excellent quality - very thick and padded. The instructions are fairly easy to follow, but I also found YouTube videos showing how to fit them before the collars arrived. The clasps are a little fiddly when letting the dogs off lead, but doable.

The change in walks has been immediate - not only do we have more physical control over the dogs, but they are even at this early stage starting to walk calmly with slack in the lead.

As the company itself points out, the collars are a training aid and it is for the owners to positively reinforce this behaviour so that the dogs can eventually walk without them when needed. But they really have made such a difference.

I have a 13 month old saint bernard, people used to ask me who was walking who! Now using the canny colossus collar our walks are so nice. I can stop and talk to people while on our walk, he goes where I want him to go rather than the other way round. He walks so well, I'm so happy 😊

The Canny halti I bought arrived quickly but unfortunately my dog finds it easier to pull whilst out walking wearing this rather than her usual halti.

5 stars for quick return when my dog collar proved too small for my chunky Labrador.
The only negative is that I followed measurement instructions to the letter, but as I said, it was too small.
Anyone else double check.

Can’t fault the company or the new collar and lead we purchased. Our very heavy puller German shepherd is now a pleasure to walk by the whole family. Highly recommend.

Great collar , we use it to train the dog and it’s comfortable for her.

Product arrived within a week. Staff helpful and friendly in promptly replying to email query. Product very good quality. Would use this company again. Only disappointment was the tracking system for delivery of item wasn’t as good as it should have been (on this occasion).

brought this for my very strong big Springer Spaniel, he still gets to smell, but doesn't pull my arm off now - now can enjoy our walks

Great products, excellent quality

I gave this product 5* because it was exactly as described. It is well made and comfortable for my dog. My dog’s measurements were between size 3 and 4 so I ordered the smaller size as recommended and it fits him perfectly. Delivery information was excellent.
My Springer had been walking on a figure of eight slip lead for several months so was not upset by having a nose band but I still introduced his Canny Collar very slowly and he is walking well. He can still pull but it helps him understand what I want him to do. This is a training aid not a quick fix but my dog seems to enjoy going out with his new Canny Collar. He can still carry his ball home.

Ordered size 5 for a large male lab which turned out a little too big. He managed to actually wiggle out. So I now use it with a normal collar and double clip training lead. As a back up. I think overall it is well made but I will look on for the right head collar ideally made of leather.

Grat Product, Great delivery

An excellent product that is worth every penny. We rescued a year old Huntaway with no training, very scared and extremely strong. Traditional leads and harnesses were useless.
The Canny Collar made walking her so much easier from day one. She wasn't struck at girst but quickly learned to tolerate it. Walking her now is a joy.
I would highly recommend it.
