Bought season passes that were…

Bought season passes that were advertised throughout the park at the park in Oct. 2019. Sales associate advised us Saturdays were excluded. We accepted the restriction and purchased passes in good faith. Today on Sunday Aug. 9 2020. After planning, making reservations and driving 45 minutes 3 children and I went to Canobie. The associate at the gate stated she had never seen our type of pass and that they did not scan. She sent us to customer service. A man who stated he was the manager admitted to us that when we purchased the passes Saturday was actually the only excluded day. However it NOW included Sundays and if i went on their web site i would have known. He said we could pay $60. More for each pass or purchase one day passes inorder to be granted admittance. As we were unable to do this he gave us a refund for a BASIC pass. So 3 disappointed and crying children ages 3,11 and 12. And I had to leave.
