Canon Store - Horrific Service
Ordered printer ink on 25th Nov. Supposedly dispatched 26th Nov and they charged my card. UPS tracking showed that they never received the package. Put in a message to Canon Store customer service 4th Dec via their website. Says expect a reply in 2 to 4 hours. No reply. Called 9th Dec and told they'll investigate and email me tomorrow. Nothing. Called again 12th Dec and told they have opened a missing parcel case with UPS (even though they never received the parcel) and I have to wait 8 to 12 days for that investigation to be completed before they will refund my money. So by then they'll have had my money for something like 5 or 6 weeks and I still have no printer ink. Never ever buying a Canon product again and I'll be selling my existing printer as fast as I can.
