Canopy is our favorite place to park when traveling!!

Great place to park. The shuttle is fast and driver's very helpful.

Rude woman on the phone when I called for information. Could have cared less that I am a customer and needed help.
Our driver could not help us with our luggage. On light duty. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Busses were clean and little or no wait.

Great experience! It was super easy to book our parking reservation online. The shuttle was right there to pick us up when we arrived and was very timely in getting us to the airport. Great price, too!

shuttle to/from airport was great; however, the outdoor parking has huge potholes throughout. Please take the time to repave your parking area. You just about need a kidney belt while riding in shuttle because the potholes are so large and so many of them.

Service is always good - it would be nice if you could redo the outside parking lot, its pretty torn up.

Nice drivers. Coffee, snacks and a bathroom (which could have been cleaner tho). Fast service both directions.

Fast service. Such friendly drivers who understand you can be in a rush and didn’t wait for everybody to go to the airport. Helpful.

The suspension on the shuttle bus seemed non-existent.
The badly deteriorated surface of the parking lot, coupled with poor bus suspension made the entire shuttle bus ride very uncomfortable. At a minimum please repave your lot!

Canopy Airport Parking takes the stress out of traveling. Easy to schedule, easy access, easy checkout. Buses run constantly and the staff is always helpful and friendly, plus knowing my vehicle is safe and secure in their covered lot puts my mind at ease.

Slightly frustrating that there was no open EV chargers, but the Valet was very helpful. The wait time for the bus was a bit long, but I understand everyone is having staffing challenges

We self-parked, open air and it was such an easy experience. We had a reservation and entered at our designated time, went directly to the parking row and onto the airport shuttle, no wait. We were at the airport in less than 20 minutes of us parking. On our return, again we went to the designated location and waited about 5-10 minutes for the shuttle. No issues upon exiting. It was a great experience and would definitely park here again!

The designated pickup spot is nice but I had to wait almost 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. And I got in around 3:30pm not like it was midnight.

Easy to park and pay online. Wait at airport for return trip was less than 10 minutes. Great experience!

Directions were very clear. Customer Service which is hard to find these days was very good. Actually talked to a real person. Would definitely use them again.

Parking experience was great loved the in and out of lot with QR code. Drivers were good. Dropped one star for having my car covered in bird poop.
