I placed an order in April, didn’t receive anything I ordered. Instead, I received a Sample Kit. I was in communication from day 1, sent all the details outlined on their website and finally in June they agreed to send me my order creating a new order number. I received the package today and although I am grateful to receive something the order is not correct. This is not the 1st or 2nd time that Ive received the wrong scents. At this point, that is on me for continuing to order from Canvas. Although, I love the products I can no longer support the brand. Please do better.

I just received my full size scent from heaven based on the reviews!!!!! OMGOODNESS, I’m so mad! It smells like suave shampoo or dollar tree shampoo and they don’t do refunds or exchanges. My husband says it smells nauseating! Soooooooooo MAD!! I have the travel of a few others and I hope that they smell better!

I was so excited to try this product! I've seen the advertisements and the show. I ordered some body glaze on the 5th, shipping label created on the 8th and it's still sitting there in Alabama as of the 14th. What's the point in advertising your product if the shipping process is that SLOW. Please fix the shipping process! If every step of the process is going to take 6 to 8 days then I won't get this supposed amazing glaze until August if I'm lucky. I saw you guys have asked Judy to support tik tok shop sale but I think you need to repair the shipping process before continuing to take on MASS SALES WITH MASSIVE SLOW SHIPPING PROCESS.

I just purchased the sent from heaven scent after watching reviews on social media and not only am I disappointed but it smell like spoiled milk, flowers and water down perfume. I paid to much to be disappointed. This is my first time being disappointed with product.

I can not believe I thought I could trust this company because of a likable character on a reality show… I ordered my products to support Stormi and NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!!!! This is exactly why we can’t fully support black owned businesses because they will always let you down as a consumer….

I have been purchasing her products for some time now. Her new products are definitely going downhill. I tried to deal with the company conerning the matter. Horrible Seller- Return policy is absolutely ridiculous.

My wife looooove this product! Purchased 10 of them(loves it on her skin) then purchased her 10 more of other scents. They always have good sales & this stuff smells really good. My wife says her colleagues can tell she's been in a certain spot by the scent. PS you can still smell it the next morning. Now, the shipping takes a while, but I guess they're really busy. It's not really a big deal for me, Because I always order way before my wife runs out. Overall, good experience. Thanks Storm

I placed 2 different orders on November 23. One from TikTok shop and one from the original website.. I received the order from the TikTok shop but not the one from the website..
I reached out multiple times and ask them why I haven't gotten my order or money back.. I just receive same answer due to so many orders, its taking them awhile to get them delivered..
But once they charged my card they made a shipping label, but never gave the usps my products to ship..
Still have gotten a correct response..

On 11/28/25, I placed an order with Canvas Beauty Brand for (8) items to be exact. Canvas Beauty Brand placed (2) $12 items in my cart, stating they were free.
THEY SENT ME A DISCOUNT CODE FOR BLACK FRIDAY WHICH WAS FOR 40% off. ONCE MY ORDER WENT THROUGH ON MY CREDIT CARD, IT SHOWED THEY CHARGED ME FOR THOSE ”FREE” ITEMS. I’VE EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THIS FOR THEM TO SAY I SHOULD’VE TAKEN THEM OUT OF THE CART BECAUSE I CAN’T USE THE DISCOUNT CODE TO GET THE FREE ITEMS.
WELL, I NEVER ASKED FOR THOSE FREE ITEMS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

I enjoy the body glazes. Except the "Spring" sample pack only comes with 9 for $36 which is the same price for the others. Even though they say all have 12 in them.
Also, the shipping timeframe is horrendous. Overall, a decent product.

I eventually received the item after about three weeks, and only after I contacted them to say I didn’t want it anymore. Then, suddenly, it arrived. Shipping took far too long. The scent was horrible to me. Now, I will be fair and say blind buying is a risk, and I am not a fruity scent person, so I did not expect a fruity scent. I just went off the notes, and the notes were just off. I bought it because of the TikTok hype, but when I tested it on my skin to see if it would smell nicer when it dried, I got a rash. That was the only thing on my skin. I literally took a shower, the doorbell rang for the package, I got it, and once I put it on it was unpleasant. I wish I had checked reviews before purchasing. It just did not meet my expectations. It is what it is. The refund was very easy! I liked that!

File a complaint with the FTC!!! WARNING BIGGEST SCAMMER IN THE TIKTOK SHOP HISTORY!!

This company is 100% unethical & TikTok is complicit for $$$. TikTok is now hiding ALL negative reviews from her listings. If a real customer tries to leave a negative review video they will hide it, shadow ban it & show ONLY positive fake reviews from sellers who are paid by her. Be warned this company is unethical. Customers have tried to show there products getting mold and bacteria over and over TikTok has removed there videos risking customers safety! She has ripped of her own people for years, has moved warehouse over & over because the health department keeps shutting her down from the thousands of complaint from the REAL CUSTOMERS. Has lawsuit year after year for ripping people off. Has moved to TikTok Shop as a last resort as all other social media has tried to report her. YouTubers have tried warning the public and she keeps reporting there accounts. Getting away with it year after year! Her products are directly made in china (Hence TikTok covers her) she gets them at pennies and sells them for $30+ Her own employees showed videos of the inventory arriving moldy and TikTok immediately took it down. Customers have tried to report rash on skin. Products smelling like toxic wax, mold growth and TikTok does not allow it & her website deletes it. Report them to the FTC!!

Absolutely horrible! Nothing but paraffin wax scent. No pleasant scent barely there but not even through heavy candle wax smell, nauseating. Not creams but ointment. No refund allowed $40.00 down the drain. Beware of this company. DO NOT BUY, YOU'LL REGRET IT LIKE ME.🤬

Just got my third order from Canvas Beauty. I honestly just ordered from them initially because I thought the marshmallow scent would work with the perfume I wear, but I was so blown away by the quality of their body glaze that now I’ve ordered one of everything I can find in that scent. I hope they never discontinue Marshmallow Toast anything because between the reasonable pricing, the fast shipping, and the quality of their products, I’m a customer for life.

The products are just as described on the site. The email correspondence from the time of ordering to delivery was great. I've become a repeat customer.

Shipping is horrible...makes me not want to order from her even though I love the products...smh

No returns the products do not smell like they state on the website...have tried 20 diff scents and all but 2 of them smell like plastic

I love the smell of Glazed Donut!! I have Canvas Beauty products such as the body wash, body scrubs, body glaze, perfume, and the car diffusers. I purchased the sample pack to get an idea of what I like, my favorites, and I said MY favorites scents are coconog bliss, glazed donut, strawberry shortcake, and watermelon wonder. My items arrives in time, and always smell amazing!!!! 💕 Canvas Beauty 😍. I can't wait until she get the candles back!!!

Some products are a hit, some are a miss. Some glazes are potent like the strawberry shortcake, others are not like cotton candy. Not too sure about the plastic jars the glazes and drops come in, are they BPA free?, and how many microplastics are inside? (since the glaze is poured in as a hot liquid then cooled inside the same plastic container). Wish they had an option for glass, I would pay more! Customer service is also a hit or miss, some were helpful others were not, one miss was when I received a broken top to my body blow and was told it doesn't affect the product and there were no exchange options. Maybe it was a gift! The new perfumes are great at first spray (I purchased 3 scents), but all lack longevity, the scent is gone from my skin and clothes within 1 hour, it's very disappointing. But overall, they are a good company, and you will fine something you love!

I love this company. Everything I have received has been amazing. I also had to reach out to customer service about an issue, not only did they rectify the issues, I received samples and a discount on a future purchase. I will continue to support. Thank you Stormi and crew!!!
