My order is in limbo somewhere. They shipped it to the wrong city and state. They don't know where the order is and want me to pay shipping to replace the order. I'm done

Horrible reproduction of my print...Pink hazy coloring added to a clear white snow screen and everything in it. Then when I complained and sent them a copy of the image I sent and theirs they got back to me a week later saying it met their guidelines based on the file I submitted...THE ONLY PINK ON MY IMAGE WAS A BABY LAMBS EARS. Then they said no refund, no return,but if I want to reorder and pay for it all again here is their modified image...IT WAS HORRID, LINES GOING DOWN THE SIDES, THE MOON BECAME 2 HOOKED TOGETHER, THE BABY LAMBS LEGS WERE FUSED TOGETHER AWKWARDLY AT THE ANKLES, THE SNOW WAS CHANGED INTO A WEIRD CLOUD OF ARTIFICIAL LOOKING WHITE WITH WRITING ON IT WHERE NONE WAS BEFORE. I wish I could attach photos to show the amature hour they did on it.

Issue still resolved after over a month and I received an email stating they were closing the ticket as ressolved.
a simple 12x12 BW canvas print of my newborn granddaughter arrived dark, and with a purple color cast. All I wanted was a corrected reprint. What I got in return has been 1 month of non-stop B.S.: "Its under review by our team".

I ordered a print for my mother on November 29th and still haven't received it. The expected delivery date is January 13th. It is now January 1st and the item is still in progress.

I ordered a canvas from them before I read all the reviews. I then kicked myself for not reading all these negative reviews Before I ordered. I was expecting to be majorly disappointed by the canvas when it came. Much to my surprise, it was quite satisfactory. Not beautiful, slightly fuzzy, and the edges were chopped off a little, but overall more than adequate. And ( what originally attracted me to this site ) the price was very reasonable.

Ordered a large picture of my mom & dad (33x33) when I received the picture they stated that I must have sent the picture that way!! Insulted was to say the least!! I explained to him that I put the same picture back into the shopping cart and you can clearly see his head. The agent said it couldn't have been the same picture!!!! Like why on earth would I order a picture of more than $120 with his head cut off!!! He explained he undertood my concern but there was nothing he can do; stated the supv will tell me the same thing. Received PARTIAL refund!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & BUSINESS EVER & NEVER AGAIN!!!

I purchased canvas prints from two different companies. The one from here was heavy duty, beautifully framed, and the back of the frame was covered not open. I received it within a couple weeks of ordering it. It arrived ready to hang. The price was incredible. I don't know how they do it.

The first canvas I ordered came back blurry but it was a landscape so I hung it high on the wall and it was ok. The second had two people in it and they cut the heads off of both subjects!! I emailed their customer service and it came back as undeliverable while their customer service number tje call does not go through. This feels like a scam! They prices are cheap until they add on all of their fees and very high shipping rates. Avoid this company !

Poor quality! Do not waste your time. They will not refund your money. This place might be a scam. So sad.

I would avoid this company. There are a lot of better options out there with just as good of deals. They don't apply any human intelligence to their prints, they blindly print whatever and frame it, regardless of how the wrap looks. They would reprint it for free but would charge $9.99 for shipping. Hardly a company that stands behind their work. As I said, avoid them.

Very poor quality. 2 pictures are blurry, one so blurry you can’t tell who the people are, another one the color is off terribly, reddish pink face

Cavasonthecheap charged me one price then reduced the advertised price before my order arrive but refused to refund the difference or cancel my order. Very disappointing!

Worse company to do business with. Not only did they send me blank canvases, but also refused to give me a full refund. It was suppose to be a mothers day gift which was ruined now. Then after 2 attempts to resend picture so they could fix it, they then told me that i never sent them the picture again 2 days before mothers day. customer service agent after me calling back again told me they could only give me a partial refund which even made me more mad, so i filed with my cc company the charge. anyway save ur money and place ur order with someone else.. These guys are scammers at best. Avoid.

Dreadful company. Not only did they print my poster the wrong color, the annoying customer service agent Nicia wouldn't do a thing about it. Shoddy work and customer service full of excuses and total BS. These guys are scammers at best. Avoid.

They did great by me for the one and only time I used them to print on a square format. I really liked the result. It was about a 10 " square canvas, the colors were brilliant, and my client so satisfied. This was about a year ago.

They will sell your email address and you will receive thousands of unwanted emails with illegal content.
