I ordered two canvases
I ordered two canvases, which showed on the company website as being in stock and available. After 5 days not including the weekend, and the day before the 2 to 5 day delivery slot was to finish, I was informed by email that the canvas sizes were not in stock. A refund was requested by email, but no phone response as the number is currently being diverted and not always answered. By sheer luck my message left on the answer machine was picked up, but I had been confused with another caller who needed to be contacted as this other person was going to visit the company in person and it wasn't possible for this to happen. Having the ear of the member of staff who was trying to contact the visiting customer, I explained why I wanted a refund and requested an email or call to say this was being done. No communication came so having a staff members name I resorted to calling and emailing. After several communication attempts I was contacted with just about every reason under the sun why the refund wasn't happening....and another member of staff said it could take 10 days for a refund to be received. Eventually it did happen but not without a lot of input from me.
Shame as overall the staff did try to sort out the delays etc but this is not a company for me. Just didn't find the operation very slick, communications not always happening, promised confirmations didn't always happen and I now need to find an alternative supplier.
I am still waiting for delivery.
I am still waiting for delivery if canvass ordered two months ago, paid £150. After 6 weeks they told me it had been lost by courier and new order sent out which they would track day and night to make sure it arrived in next few days. Guess what it has not arrived. I have sent three emails asking why but they are not responding?

No interest in customers
Ordered two canvases, one was the wrong size but canvas wholesale are more interested in getting back the wrong canvas than in making sure I have the correct products I ordered.

I ordered on the 17th of November, and am yet to receive my order. Tracking shows it hasn’t been shipped. I’ve emailed and phoned but had no response.

I never received my order, despite several emails to the company, constant reminders, they were unable to fulfill the order and did not return the money as well. They dont even pick up the phone.
Please DO NOT buy anything at all from them. Fraudsters. Taking advantage of peoples hard earned money!

I made an order on 28 April and got a mail stating that the order was 'complete' on 8 May As of 19 May nothing has been delivered. No answer to email. And calls not being taken. The call number on their emails is actually a guy who works somewhere else. Total scam or simply an unprofessional service and need to be reported! Luckily it was only a small order for one canvas so only lost £7 or so.
Zero responsiveness or feedback with no delivery!!!
I placed an order 20 days ago, no response to request for updates, the tracking number provided still indicates that they’re expecting my parcel. I have emailed them a number of times to try and follow up, but with no response. In fact, in my last email (a week ago) I requested that the order be cancelled and my money refunded, and to this day I still have not received as much as an acknowledgement!
Disappointed!
Ordered a bigger order, and one item has not been delivered! Now they are not replying back to my emails nor answering my calls. It's been over 2 weeks now, and I still haven't heard of them.
I am more disappointed in this company. I was planning to work with it, potentially build a business with its offers, but gladly I have seen sooner how they deal with customers.
Maybe they're struggling due to the current situation with the pandemic, however I am still appalled and feel disrespected with how I and clearly others are being dealt with (or not).
