The disrespect of this company is…

The disrespect of this company is crazy! I placed an order, waited a week for the delivery but allegedly the address was wrong. We talk on WhatsApp i explain the address is correct, they try to convince me the address is not right. They deliver it again with the address that they said was ‘correct’ and is incorrect again. I ask for a refund and no answer from them anymore. When i contacted them again they said the refund was send which is not true and they provided no proof whatsoever. Now i received no package and no refund
