I entered a competition on capital…

I entered a competition on capital catch competitions and won a 11ft rod on the 3rd October the item was shipped out on the 7th with dhl I received a message from dhl saying it was being delivered on the 8th it didn't arrive I contacted dhl they told me to contact capital angling I call them knowone was answering the phone so had to leave a message on answering machine knowone could be bothered to call me back nothing worse than a company who carnt be bothered to look after new customers
