While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Beware of this company's deceptive…

Beware of this company's deceptive practices, including overcharging customers and imposing additional fees. They operate as brokers rather than direct lenders. If you want to work with the actual lender, consider Merchant Growth or Canacap, who are the real lenders. Any affiliation with "Forward Funding" is simply a brokerage. They use the fictitious company "Capital Lynk" to filter the companies and conceal their operations, but they will overcharge, add additional fees, require extra documents, and inundate you with calls and emails. Their practices are dishonest and fraudulent.

This company uses tactics that are very sleazy.

This company uses tactics that are very sleazy. First if you make an online inquiry you are bombarded with emails indicating you have been approved. Under the guise you have been approved they request personal info and to sign an application which includes everything from personal guarantees to their ability to collect their money under any means. They charge a fee, ($300) plus nearly a 50% interest rate under the incentive to just take the money and build a relationship that will allow them to lend more money at better rates down the road. But here's the kicker....even tho you believed you were approved the underwriter comes back saying after review of financials they cannot lend money. No other explanation. Oddly, no financials were submitted. I've tried to email asking for confirmation that all personal info is deleted and not stored, but of course, crickets. Avoid this company
Money is king in a startup, but avoid this company.

Will ignore you after you sign your contract

Quick to hand out money, but will not follow up afterwards. We were not given a copy of our contract. After 6 months of trying to contact someone and being routinely ignored, we still do not have a copy of the contract. We are also being charged an extra $250 a month we were unaware of. Happy to accept it if it was part of the contract, but since they will not send us our copy we cannot confirm our part in it.

Easy & Trustworthy

I've taken funding with other companies before but Capital Lynk was by far the most professional, friendliest and easiest company to deal with.

I dealt with a girl named Mannu who handled all the paper work for me and made the process painless and straightforward.

The whole process from a to z took less than 2 days for me to have the money in my account.

They're a great company

Highly recommend Capital Lynk.

Highly recommend Capital Lynk.
I was nervous at first.
My rep Mannu was helpful in answering all my questions and has always been available to take my calls and answer my questions EVEN AFTER I got funded.
If you need money for your business, Capital Lynk is the way to go.

Loan sharks

Loan sharks

They will not stop contacting me, and every time I have to point out to them how horrible their rates are, bordering on criminal.

AVOID: This organization is a total garbage fire

This organization is a total garbage fire. They do not stop sending me emails about funding over and over again. Twice I have said, "ok, look into funding then." Twice they have told me we have new lenders, and we are sure things are going to be different this time.
Don't waste your time with them. They seem to be more concerned about personal affairs rather than actual doing her job, which is to tell the customers they don't need to reply back to the automated messages you are receiving to ask you to send more information.
They are completely clueless and do not care how much they inconvenience people. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I applied for a loan with this company

I applied for a loan with this company. They requested more information after going through the initial process. I then declined to provide the information and asked them to cancel my application. Since then, they have been sending an automated message daily asking for the original information. I have been emailing them daily asking them to stop sending the emails. They have not replied and just continue to send the emails. They seem to be technologically challenged.
