Capital One UK Reviews 

All was going well until I lost my text on my phone, so I can't get the text message from Capital One to confirm myself, so I have had to just pay the minimum balance until I can get text back. It's not looking hopeful.

The card is very easy to use and I can understand my balance

I’m really happy with my Capital One credit card. The application process was quick and easy, and the app makes it simple to keep track of my spending and payments. Overall, it’s a convenient card and easy to manage. I would definitely recommend Capital One to anyone looking for a straightforward credit card.

Its a great app, easy to use and makes managing the account a breeze.
It would be nice if Capital one would bring their range of cobranded cards over to the UK, It`s a market crying out for it

This was the second card I bought from Capital One and it uses it comfortably and without any problems.
I have only two criticisms. The first is to not supporting Apple Pay. The second is that 2.75% fee is reflected in foreign currencies bought.

Easy to use for me

Capital one are an exceptional company. They give people chances that other lenders just simply would not. I've had money issues in the past and they have always helped. Because of their help, I feel I'm in much better control of my finances and they are helping me build a better credit score. They treat you like an individual and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I hope I'm a customer with them for the rest of my life. Thank you Capital one!

It was easy to apply for. I like having it so I can make purchases without worrying about the direct debits being affected. I just buy stuff and pay as and when I have spare money. It is a friend for treats ✌🏼❤️

I dealt with a chap called Mustafa was a delight. Got me a new card sent out and changed my address for me. Was so easy quick great on a Friday afternoon when i was at work so was all finished up from making the call and having it sorted in less than 15 mins. Impeccable service. Give him a shout out 👌

Capital One have been great to me ,limited credit but that is my fault ,highly recommended for people of limited funds ,thankyou .

I've had no issues with your company. I get a reminder when my payment is due. I have nothing negative to say as I've been happy with all our transactions. Customer services are very helpful and l would highly recommend you.

I called the Bereavement line, when the agent answered she asked why I'd called and try to pass me through security using MY date of birth, then wondered why it didn't match!
It was then a matter of fact call with zero sympathy shown, just quickly shoehorning in a scripted condolences sentence halfway through the call.
The call the agent kept referring to my late mother as my father!
I'm just glad I don't bank with them myself. Horrendous customer service.
