No emergency support when needed the most
Extremely disappointed with my Post Office credit card, blocked while I’m abroad in Portugal. This card was chosen specifically for its no foreign transaction fees, worked fine in the UK, but stopped working entirely on arrival. I’ve called your fraud team twice (Sat and Sun) and been told no manager is available all weekend to help. I’m in a foreign country with no access to money. This needs resolving immediately.

Awful
Awful. Despite multiple calls and complaints Capital One have failed to issue me an OTP so I can verify and activate my account properly. I have had one update that they acknowledged the issue but o updates on what they are doing to fix it.
