Worst cappuccino I've ever had, made with terrible ingredients. And someone from the company called me about a refund and was very rude. If you can't do something that's fine, but there's a way of saying it. You can always be gracious, especially from repeat customers. I was going to try something else there, even after they refused part of my refund, but I won't be now..and I will be telling anyone who listens about the terrible experience I had.

I love this company. They have many awesome options for instant cappuccinos (which is what I buy) and many other items that may interest you such as hot chocolate, coffee, frappe mixes, bakery items such as brownie mixes, and many more. They have sugar free and caffeine free choices for the cappuccinos and gluten free for their bakery mixes. Even better they have lots of options on flavors. They sell to companies and individuals. Their prices are great. I can get a 2 pound bag of cappuccino mix for not much more than a little container of Hills Brothers brand in the grocery store. And, what is even better is their customer service. You get your order quickly and easily, and on the rare occasion there is a mistake with your order, they fix it immediately without any arguing or red tape - they just do the right thing and make it right. This company definitely has my future business!
