Stay away from this site their just scum they try to put me again in this stupid gambling life I registered with GameStop 2 years ago now after two yours they (captain spin) emailed me saying you have money in your account we try to process the payment but your bank is not accepting the payment
Then I send them my account and again they ask me to provide bank statements
Which I did after all of this they told me you don’t have money in your account
When I ask them why did you make me do all those things for no reason and they say I don’t know

Another mug who has deposited around £600. Emailed daily and no response. Got a call from an account manager who said he was available at any time. Cant phone or text as not within my contract terms. Avoid. Just wish I had of read these reviews first. Also be aware of Very Well casino same thing occurred.

I won 200$ and have been trying to collect it for over 2 months!! I have sent my banking information as well as my bank statements 4 separate times and all they do is send my an email saying their team is working on it amd to wait, or I am asked for banking info again!!

I played for roughly 500 on slots, I’ve won 1019 euros and tried to withdraw the money. That’s where the problems have begun! I had to verify my identity which was very tough and then they said they couldn’t process my withdrawal due to my bank card. The same bank card they took the money from. They told me to withdraw the money in Bitcoin even though i told them it’s impossible.

I tried the chat, which is constantly closed and finally found a email to which they directed me to finance saying they couldn’t liaise with other internal departments. Emailed finance five times with no reply and customer service said I need to wait a further 36 hours for review! They said I cannot withdraw the full balance as they need to do it 500 then apply for the further withdrawal. It’s now been 5 days and customer service still can’t seem to process my withdrawal! I am seriously concerned this is fraud and am trying to find a governing body to investigate! If anyone knows of one regulating these guys please let me know

Trust the reviews folks , deposited £600 and only 2 features which were both bloody awful. Didn’t even get the chance to attempt there dodgy withdrawal process. AVOID

Don’t know why so many bad reviews but I’ve had a pleasant experience with Captain spin from depositing to withdrawal. Signed up on Wednesday and I guess I got electronically verified as no documents were requested from me as I received email today confirming my withdrawal has been processed. Great site, good selection of games so will continue to playing occasionally.

They removed 30$ from each amount my mother used to win. She tried contacting them several times to ask what those are. They made her waste her time, she had to call her banking institution + the company that provides the e-payments, they each told her that Capitaine Spin was the problem. Since she struggles with writting due to less "education", I tried contacting them, asking them to answer her question: "What are those 30$ about and who takes them?". They never provided an answer, they kept telling me they cannot answer me even though I explained them to answer her directly. They kept telling me that she has to contact them even though she did it SEVERAL TIMES!! Waste of time and money. Worst customer service I have come to encounter. Don't give them your money, play elsewhere.

They have no problem receiving your deposits but when you actually win, they keep making you wait. First I had to provided with documents, which I did, account was verified.
I asked to be deposited in my credit card which they said the bank rejected the deposit so they put it back in my account. I quickly withdraw through bank transfer. First withdraw was on May 20th and nothing. Its now June 1st and no answer. I am waiting on 6 different withdraws.
When I chat with the agent, the response is the same "We are aware of the current withdrawal(s) issue with the payment provider. We sincerely apologize for the delay as we actively work on a resolution, as soon as any further information is available, we will be in contact with you via email"
It sounds like a joke actually and please do not even bother contacting support by email because they will tell you "for security reasons, chat with an agent"
